The locals do not waste the land because they condition the soil in plots or yards to plant, it is a family work. The land is fertile and rainfall is beneficial for planting.
I went to visit some relatives who now have bananas planted in the yard of the house, I went to the planting where I could observe, while talking with the family told me that the planting is about three months the smallest, but there are also other banana plants that have more time. They are motivated to plant because they sell the harvest and can get something extra for the family's expenses.
Take advantage of the fertile land for other plants such as avocados, which they have taken advantage of because during the harvest season they have collected baskets for sale and on occasion they have given them as gifts to their families.
