Surprise Visit
so i was minding my own business.. actually photographing an odd tomato i had picked off the garden vines earlier that day, when the cat jumped at the door with cat like remarkable speed.
Happily the door was shut or we would have had carnage on the door step.
this happy little froggy was just sitting there. Not doing anything.. just smiling at us. He stayed for ages. even let me go outside and grab a few photos (while cat going bananas inside) before he hopped safely away.
Here is the crazy tomato..
can you see the slight resemblance between the tomato and the frog... lol
ok so it looks more like a duck perhaps... but still...
the photo below was some of the other things i was collecting at the time...
you can see the big loofa sponge plant in there. This is what you can eat, or you can try out and make sponges with :-) I ate that one...
The Cat at the ready
When i say he was interested in the frog and the frog totally and completely DID NOT CARE... in fact i would almost say thtat the frog was just smugly teasing the jolly cat. He was going rather bananas inside for sure.
Look at all the little bits of dust on the top... so cute..
Anyway, it was a lovely visit, totally distracted me from my crazy tomato that i never actually photographed at all really.
Such a cute wee visitor. Much more exciting that the cane toads we get.
