We're getting closer to SPRING! Usually, about 8 to 10 weeks before the average LAST frost, I sow my pepper seeds. That's this weekend, for my zone 6b/7a, here in New England. Follow along as I show you my method for sowing Pepper Seeds.
I am planting, Sunbright Yellow Bell, Big Red Bell, Purple Beauty, Golden Cal Wonder, Coral Bell, Sweet Banana Pepper, and Lemon Drop Aji (A medium heat, pepper)

Most of you know, I prefer locally grown food. It's healthier for my family, and for the planet. In fact, I prefer to grow my own food. I know what goes into my foods, and what chemicals are NOT in my food. Also, It cuts down on carbon emissions, less trucking to get fresh foods to my table.
And that makes me smile... better for the planet, better for my own family.
Do you like Peppers? Hot? Sweet? Mild? What do you do wiht your peppers?
