I have questioned myself a lot lately why at this point in my life I had not had or bought plants in my life. Let's say it could be the fact that when you reach a certain age you start to give more value and importance to simple things that you never thought could happen, in my case: having children version plants.
I have encouraged myself a little to have my mind occupied in something other than social networks, so I feel in contact with nature and in a way I learn the value and care of these living beings 💖
I had planned to go to a nursery near my neighborhood that has beautiful and huge, you find EVERYTHING. But being Sunday they had reduced opening hours so I had to go to the supermarket that usually has a plant area. There were some on promotion for 1€ I could not pass up the offers and I ended up buying 3 to decorate some areas of my house. I don't know their names so if you know, I would be very happy to know.
But that were flowers 🌷 and I wanted something else that was not seasonal, greener and a little environmental for my home.
They didn't have the names on the tags but I ended up loving one of ribbons or as my mother calls it “bad mother” its scientific name is Chlorophytum comosum, it's indoor but I need indirect light because if not, it loses its white line in the middle part of the leaf as you can notice. It does not need so much water and withstands up to -2 Degrees.
The pine was a little more difficult to find its species but almost all from what I read, have the same care and characteristic, by its appearance, according to Lis relevant research may be Cypress gold crest, if I'm wrong correct me, and the other plant was a Mother-in-law's Tongue or Sansevieria trifasiata as scientific name. It is also indoor, their temperature is quite versatile as is its care.
I hope you liked these plants as much as I did, if you know some care so they don't die, I appreciate it! Thanks for reading💖🌱
