Today I picked cabbage from the garden for the first time and cooked it. Actually, there were no vegetables to cook at home today and So I thought I would pick a cabbage today and see how it tastes. So I went to the vegetable garden. And when I went there and I picked the biggest cabbage and some turnip agrew along with it.
The cabbage is not yet mature and That is, the leaves are not yet tight. So I had picked only one cabbage and when I was cutting it, I realized that the cabbage still has to grow. Anyway, it has been picked and there is nothing else to do and since there were no vegetables at home, I picked it. So I picked the cabbage and the turnip and brought it home.
When I got home and I chopped the cabbage into small pieces to cook. I took a few pictures while cooking the cabbage and which I am sharing with you. Anyway, we cook and eat cabbage. I mean, I eat cabbage fried or cooked with fish. And eating cabbage is much more delicious. And if it is a fresh vegetable, it is much more delicious. It is also much healthier.
Also, cabbage contains a lot of vitamin C. Which helps increase immunity, helps in losing weight. It also helps in preventing stomach ulcers. There are also many other benefits. And I learned about these benefits from Google. Finally, I will say one thing, every vegetable has different benefits. If it is a fresh vegetable and then there are many more benefits.
