Hello Everyone,
Today I'm sharing some photos of the cannabis.
Things are coming along really well and I currently have some budding cannabis that is very photogenic.
This is always an exciting time for cannabis cultivators.
From a blogging perspective it's exciting because flowering cannabis makes for great photos!
Let's have a look at the plants.
Today I took 130 macro photographs.
What I discovered is that I've been overexposing the plants to light during the photoshoots.
Even with the lights turned down to minimum power, it's still intense enough to cause washout glare on trichomes.
The washout does not appear when snapping the photo, but later when inspecting it becomes clear the intensity is too much.
It was a disappointing photoshoot today but at least I captured a couple nice shots!
With today's cannabis photoshoot I learned some things that I will put into practice tomorrow.
One thing I will try, is take a small amount of photos and inspect the exposure before performing the entire shoot.
This will give me the confidence of knowing the light is how I need it.
There are settings on the pro-mode where I might be able to make improvements with fine tuned settings. It will take some time to work out.
That will do it for today.
What do you think of how the plants are looking?
I would love to read your thoughts in the comment section.
