There are two small plants, and I think it's the first or second harvest, according to the owner of the house where we went to work. When I saw them, I asked her permission to take pictures.
One of their main characteristics is that the cherries are practically attached to the branches. As you can see in the photos, there are quite a few of them, so the harvest could be very good, although some branches fell off one of the plants, and the cherries were on the ground. Judging by their shape, this happened a few days ago.
Although they can be eaten as is, they're very tart, so they're mainly prepared in preserves. And let me tell you, they're very tasty, so I'll try to get some to try making them myself. It would be a spectacular snack to enjoy.
