“Pretty Lilly Sisters”
My yellow lilies are blooming again in the front area near the exit. I wrote about this story a while ago.
A few years ago, I found the bulbs in my backyard on the ground. They were probably dropped by crows, and I initially thought they were tulip bulbs or something similar. I decided to plant them in the front area next to mint herbs. That year, nothing happened. The following year, they sprouted stems and leaves, but they didn't resemble tulips at all. I was disappointed by that. However, the year after, one of them produced a beautiful lily flower! I never expected them to be yellow lilies!
This year, we have three pretty sisters. They seem to be smiling together next to the beautiful green mint leaves.

「黄色い百合の三姉妹」
黄色の百合が玄関の近くに咲いています。以前この話について書いた事があります。
数年前、裏庭の地面の上に球根が落ちていました。おそらくカラスが落としていったのではないかと思います。私はそれをチューリップか何かの球根だと思い、玄関の近くのミントの葉っぱの横に植えました。その年は何も起こりませんでした。次の年、芽が出て茎が生えて、葉っぱが生えてきましたが、花は咲きませんでした。明らかにチューリップの茎や葉っぱとは違ったので少しガッカリしました。ところがその次の年、とてもかわいらしい黄色い百合の花が咲きました。
今年は、なんと三本の黄色い百合の花が並んで咲いています。緑のミントの横で笑っているように見えます。
