Here are some news, or a lot ...
We pick and dry the Elderflower and then make tea from it. Although we should also make Elderflower juice. Although my wife is looking for a recipe that uses less sugar or maybe we will use Stevia.
Homemade local Elderflower juices are mostly syrups with a lot of sugar.
Although I like sweet things, I prefer mint juice.
Preparing Elderflower for tea is easy. The flower is large, easy to handle, once you have picked it, place it in a windy place protected from the sun and in a few days you will have a flower ready for tea.
Turkish carnation has recovered from last year's invasion of chickens.
The immortal was just about to bloom.
,,Fat coke,, is fighting for a place with Vinka.
A dark red rose has bloomed, before it blooms it looks really black.
Chamomile invasion in the yard, We tried to persuade our son to help us pick chamomile, but he quickly gave up. He picked enough for one tea :) I admit, we are bored of picking chamomile too.
We have a new fig tree. It has put out a few buds.
As for the greenhouse. The temperatures are higher, we stopped heating, I hope. There is a solid consumption with the heater in the greenhouse. I am thinking whether to repeat it next year or to invest in a heating wire that goes into the substrate. As for the plants in the greenhouse, I am satisfied with them.
We'll be taking the tomatoes out to the garden in a few days.
Young garlic is excellent, and it has already started to form a head.
The rains have finally stopped, announcing nice and warm weather until the end of May. Not too hot, but ideal for working in the garden.

Until next time.
Stay healthy.
