Hey friends in this community, greetings healthy and polite greetings to all of us. I am an Indonesian citizen, in this country. When entering the month of October, November and December are the months with the most rainfall. Some areas or some cities in my country already have good irrigation, but there are also those that have barren land. And thankfully the city where I live is not a barren dearth but also not an area with good irrigation. All depends on the season.
And because it's been a few months since the rainy season in the city where I live, the farmers have prepared to start their rice planting season, there are farmers who have started to plant rice, some are still preparing their land by plowing with equipment that has been used. Modern era does not use buffalo anymore like in the 90s era and there are also farmers who have started their planting period by starting to pull out rice seeds that are old enough. The sight of these mature and verdant rice seedlings made me warm a little because I can relax my mind without having to travel far to tourist attractions, I can also rest my eyes because I stare at my android layer and laptop layer too much.
Not only that view that I can see and seems to get quite a bonus today, my husband and I not only can see this green scenery, but I can also harvest mustard greens in my friend's field who voluntarily give us the power to harvest the mustard itself, I am very happy because the mustard is organic mustard that is not fertilized by chemical fertilizers, because their land is fertile soil. Seeing my husband very enthusiastic about harvesting mustard without limits, I immediately reminded him that there was no need to overdo it. I will process this mustard into several preparations later, not just stir-fry.
Not far from where we harvest the mustard greens, there are also mustards that have just been planted and are not yet old enough to harvest them. And you know it's not just because of the mustard greens, if because of the mustard greens I can buy it at the nearest shop at a cheap price without us having to get our hands dirty to pull the mustard greens in the field. However, the point of focus is that we are enthusiastic about harvesting the mustard greens themselves, very excited about such a sight, let alone being able to harvest them with our own hands. In addition to the mustard greens that we harvest, there are also spinach plants that are still small and not old enough to pick them, maybe in a week we will harvest and we will return to this place.
This rainy season there are sad faces who do not expect it to be present, many people who do not have adequate facilities do not step their feet to start their plans to leave the house, while those who have four-wheeled vehicle facilities also experience problems when they experience traffic jams due to floods that hit city. However, from their situation there are also faces full of joy in welcoming this rainy season, they are the farmers who will start the rice planting period with the hope that the harvest will be abundant and can improve their family's economy at a high price and will not suffer losses, of course.
A beautiful and solemn evening with the setting sun this afternoon, it's amazing and I also have to go home soon, hopefully these rice seeds will grow well without destroying the hopes of the owners. Greetings from us Tomi and Maya from Binjai City, Indonesia
