Well, I tell you that just in front of my house I have many bushes full of different flowers, and when I find them daily I can not help but admire the beauty and diversity of each one of them. But my attention is especially drawn to the Cayenne flowers, I think we all know them and for those who do not, the cayenne flowers are the flowers of 5 petals that have a nice bell-shaped and can be single or double, in other parts of the world they are known as Sangre de cristo or Rosa China, but their scientific name is: (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), they also come in many colors. These flowers can be found everywhere: squares, gardens, home patios and even in any avenue or island of the city. They are very easy to see, especially the red ones that besides being the most common, are also the ones that provide more benefits, both medicinal and in the cosmetic area.
Pues les cuento que saliendo de mi casa tengo justo al frente muchos arbustos llenos de diferentes flores, y al encontrarmelos diariamente no puedo dejar de admirar la belleza y diversidad cada uno de ellos. Pero me llaman especialmente la atención las flores Cayenas, creo que todos las conocemos y para los que no, las flores cayenas son las flores de 5 pétalos que tienen una linda forma acampanada y pueden ser simples o dobles, en otras partes del mundo se les conoce como Sangre de cristo o Rosa China, pero su nombre científico es: *(Hibiscus rosa-sinensis)* además vienen en muchos colores. Estas flores las podemos encontrar en todas partes: plazas, jardines, patios caseros e incluso en cualquier avenida o isla de la ciudad. Son muy fáciles de ver, especialmente las rojas que además de ser las mas comunes, también son las que aportan mas beneficios, tantos medicinales como en el área cosmética.

Las Flores cayenas son muy útiles y beneficiosas en el area medicinal, las flores rojas son comúnmente utilizadas para tratar problemas estomacales como náuseas, vomitos y cólicos, tambien una infusión de esta flor es muy recomendada para esas personas que no pueden conciliar el sueño ya que sufren de insomnio. En el area de estética tambien es muy utilizada especialmente para el cuidado del cabello, ya que sus hojas, y flores son empleadas para elaborar champús que combaten la caída y la resequedad del cabello, eso son tan solo unos pocos, de los muchos beneficios que tiene la flor Cayena Roja. Pero más allá de estos increíbles beneficios, también está el simple hecho de que tenerlas en nuestros jardines le aporta belleza y vistosidad, las Cayenas engalanan las áreas verdes de la comunidad. Su facil reproducción y adaptación en los climas tropicales permite que estos arbustos crezcan fácilmente en cualquier sitio donde quieras tenerlas.
Hoy al salir de mi casa me detuve unos segundos no solo a admirar su belleza, también pude tomar algunas fotos para que todos los que puedan leer este post, también puedan apreciar lo lindas y diversas que son.
Unfortunately in these gardens are not all the types of Cayenne flowers that exist or those that I have already seen. Among the ones I have seen in other parts of the city, there are red, pink, orange, white, scarlet, and some nice double Cayenas of a beautiful melon color, and I know there is much more diversity, but at least I found 4 types of flowers: pink, red, white and double melon color.

Lamentablemente en estos Jardines no están todos los tipos de flor Cayena que existen o los que ya he visto. Dentro de las que he podido apreciar en otras partes de la ciudad, están las rojas, las rosadas, las naranjas, blancas, color escarlata, y unas lindas Cayenas doble de un hermoso color melón, y sé que existe mucha más diversidad, pero al menos encontré 4 tipos de flor: Las Rosadas, las rojas, las blancas y las doble color melón.
Espero poder traerles en un futuro otro post con las flores que me faltaron, por hoy contemplen estas lindas Cayenas que quizás por ser muy comunes, muchas veces no las apreciamos como deberíamos.
