I am from a tropical country and like everyone else we have our fruit seasons, at this time at the end of April - May the mango season has begun, so I welcome you to such exquisite fruit 100% nutritious, it contains a series of nutrition and benefits, it also prepares delicious drinks and dessert 😋.
It can be consumed by all kinds of people from the smallest to the most adult, as you can see my granddaughter loves it.
My mother loves it too, I really don't know where she can fit so many mangos, how she enjoys it, it's so exciting to watch her eat one after the other.
In the community where I live there are any amount of mangoes, hilachas, bocao, mango pineapple, sleeves, in short there is variety everywhere, right in front of my house there are two full and immense trees of two types of them, when they begin to fall the children run to pick them up, it is a rain of mangoes, of course I also like a lot and I also enjoy it very comfortable at home.
This fruit as I said at the beginning of the post, contains infinite benefits especially for the heart ♥️, is an anticancer, for sight, for constipation, for bones, teeth, etc.. It also contains vitamins A and C, Omega 3, 9, among others, minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium, even contains everything is a fairly complete fruit.
But not only that, it can also be used to prepare delicious desserts, cakes, jellies, candies, juices, smoothies, in short, a wonderful fruit, and above all with a sweet and exquisite flavor.

One of my brothers told me that a family that came from the neighboring country of Colombia came to a friend's house, near the place where he lived there was a tree of this fruit and he was surprised how it was grown and how full it was, the friend went and brought him a bag but a bag of mango which he ate little by little and this gentleman says he wanted to taste it since the country and state where he comes from does not give this type of fruit, so he ate until he quenched his thirst ☺️☺️, nature is mysterious and at the same time he knew. It has its seasons, centuries, the plants choose the ideal climate and season to produce, grow, and even has to do with the moon, if it is full, waning, vlis farmers are left by you to plant their plants.
