My daily activities go to the garden, and the plants in my garden are horticultural crops, such as areca nut, palm, coconut, cocoa, and near my garden there is a garden of my friend who grows food crops, such as spinach and corn, on occasion I've taken a photo of the spinach plant from my friend, coincidentally that day he was watering his spinach plant, and also put fertilizer in it to make it grow well and fertile, this spinach planting medium was in the ground directly, and the soil was hoeed before planting, and when I took a photo, according to my friend's description, the spinach plant was 15 days old from planting, of course, caterpillars and insects would attack the spinach plant, and my friend has sprayed it several times with insecticide.
The area of the spinach planted is not too wide, but my friend made the beds so that it can grow well, and if it is done permanently, it can be easily removed.
When I came, my friend was indeed busy, from watering, giving fertilizer, spraying, and other activities, almost every day he went to his garden, because beside the spinach plant, corn was also planted, but the corn was affected by caterpillars. Anticipated with insecticide but it doesn't work either, so it's no longer being treated.
Gardening is fun, especially when the plants we grow grow well, my friend also sometimes grows cucumbers and long beans, but his land is being cleaned for later planting again.
This spinach plant can soon be harvested by pulling it out by hand, and this can increase economic income, and can also be used as a side dish at home.
In addition, this also adds to the experience in farming, in terms of disease and good planting methods, it can be used as a lesson in the future when replanting spinach plants.
That's my first post in the hive garden community, I hope it's useful, and I apologize if there are mistakes in writing, see you again in another post.
