So, I visited a friend of mine who has a cucumber farm, and the cucumbers are doing pretty well.
He actually got inspired to plant cucumbers when he came to my garden and saw how good my cucumber plants were doing. So he told me he had a land close to where he is living and would love to plant cucumbers in a large area, and I encouraged him to go ahead and plant the cucumbers.
So, when I visited his farm, I was quite surprised and happy having seen the excellent work he has put in his cucumber farms.
And how he staked them was very good.
Be also planted some egg plant and there are coming up very well too.
He told me he intends to plant some tomatoes too, I had to help him apply some organic manure to the ridges he had already prepared for it.
Since the organic manure wasn’t going to be enough for the whole area, we decided to apply the manure on the spot were we are going to plant the tomatoes.
We had to measure the distance from one point to the other 1ft apart and dug a little hole and apply the manure there, so I helped him do that for all the remaining ridges..
It was fun but quite stressful too..
Hope to see the tomatoes come out as well as the cucumbers did.
