As we all know, water is the most important liquid on earth.90% of things on earth either originated from water or has one thing or the other to do with water. Studies show that the water percentage in females ranges from 45-65% while that of males from 50-65%. That is why although the human body can stay without food for up to month, without
water we'll survive a few days. The human body is made up of water and that is why water is required for our sole survival.
Apart from drinking, we also use water for other activities such as cooking washing, doing laundry, for building etc. But on this article, we would be looking at the benefits of drinking water. Many of us drink water everyday but the human body requires that we take enough of it and not just drinking because you are thirsty hence its only when we start taking enough of it that we can really enjoy its benefits.
