Mangoes come and go between March to July, like proposals on a matrimony portal, you will be disappointed if you don’t eat during this time.
Our summer is harsh, forcing us to take a break from garden activities, but nature is kind enough to give us the most exciting fruit in summer, without much effort. This year, some plants have it in abundance and some are deserted, and we have some mango plants around our society following that pattern.
This plant is near to our temple, visible from our balcony and bed room and see the view it presents.
They have survived two thunder storms so most likely they are strong to hold, and survived from human attacks because of being sour until ripen.
This plant looks deserted from outside, but closer look reveals some inside.
Very tasty even in raw, but out of reach, so they are surviving too.
A plant extending from our neighborhood to our society, but the space does not allow throwing stones, as it would directly fall in someone's house - so kids have spared it.
And this plant in the front garden, has a special story. It has two branches, each producing different varieties - one is sour and one is sweet.
Their texture even clearly distinguishes them, the right side is sweet so kids have taken most of that.
And look at this plant, of our neighbor, which has extended branches to our side but no mangoes this side - the plant knows to protect itself from attack by not giving fruits. I have very good relationship with them and the very first mango that we ate was given by them from this plant. So I went to their house from the other side to capture some nice shots.
They are very tasty and are fully organic, no chemical spray. We exchange goods with each other, whenever I go to my native, I bring something for them.
I often get Drumsticks from them - another pure natural product.
This year, they have got lot of Chikoo (sapota) and we have already got lot of them couple of times - super tasty like sugar - ants can recognize that.
Another exotic fruit in development in their garden - has power to prevent Sun stroke, can you name this ? If not, then I will post about it when I get it from their garden.
