How are you all Hive Garden lovers friends, I hope the friends in this community are always in good health.
For people who live in villages and do gardening, of course you can feel how the atmosphere is when you are among the plants, and when you enjoy every fruit you get from the garden you work on.
Like today I brought home a bunch of bananas and usually I will process these bananas to eat at home.
Bananas that are ripe without being processed and eaten immediately will taste very delicious, but this time I processed bananas by boiling them. I think this method is healthier compared to frying using cooking oil, but of course there are many ways to process bananas according to individual tastes.
This is a post about how to Process Garden Produce and this time I share with my friends all the simple ways to process bananas but have an appetizing taste.
The bananas we usually process are like this is Siam bananas and we usually call them 'Pisang Wak'.
First prepare the bananas for boiling.
Wash the bananas thoroughly.
Boil bananas for about 15-20 minutes.
Other ingredients used are grated coconut and white sugar.
Mix coconut with white sugar and stir until smooth.
Usually I boil bananas until the skin opens, that's a sign that the bananas are ripe and the texture is as expected.
Cut the banana into small pieces.
Add the grated coconut and stir until smooth, making sure all parts of the banana are covered by the grated coconut.
Boiled coconut is ready to eat.
This is a village food that from the past until now is still favored by village people, even children like it.
Maybe friends can try it and hopefully like it.
Thank you all friends who came and saw my post this time. Hope you guys like it. See you at another time.
