The weather is very hot in Indonesia at the moment so the air conditioner is not functioning well, however I have to enjoy the day even though I am a little anxious about this unpredictable weather. Some say that the heat wave that is currently occurring is Heatwave. However, there are also those who say that this is El Nino. Regardless of whatever it is, I have to be strong and look for various alternatives to be able to survive without the flu virus or fever
In the afternoon after coming home from work and taking a short break, if I'm not taking care of my mini garden behind the house I deliberately visit my neighbors' gardens to see what they are planting and talk for a moment about how the plants grow well. And this afternoon I decided to visit my neighbor's garden next to my house.
My neighbor's garden is rented, and I didn't ask how much the rental rate was and how many hectares and on the land there are several wild plants that function as vegetables such as ferns and there are also plants that are deliberately planted for daily needs, for example bananas. which was deliberately left without distance and when I found out why the banana tree sapling was not thrown away or moved, the answer was that it was deliberately made like that so that pets would not enter the land that had been planted.
Apart from bananas, the edges of the land or land borders were also planted with rows of lemongrass trees and nets were also installed once again with the same aim so that pets do not enter and do not damage the plants that have just sprouted and ultimately the plants die. Apart from that, I also saw Japanese sweet potato leaves, but there were also those who said that they were Malaysian sweet potato leaves. In your country, what is the name of the sweet potato leaves or what is the name of the plant?
There are also plants on the outskirts of the field that have just been hoeed for planting various kinds of daily vegetables but they haven't grown yet. And what dominates my neighbor's garden is the corn plant which has started to bear fruit and is approaching harvest time and there are also trees. the corn has just grown and the age of the corn plant is still only a matter of weeks or about a month if I'm not mistaken. How old do you think the corn is?
Afternoons like this are very meaningful to me because the wind blowing from the trees around me makes my body relax and my mind also calms. It turns out that walking around other people's gardens is also fun and increases my knowledge. In the future, I will take another walk to my other neighbor's garden and we will see what plants are there. Greetings tomidiwirja, Indonesia
