Planting onions and garlic was something I had never thought about before, because I thought planting onions would not grow if it was in an area that had hot weather like in my city. In my mind, planting onions had to be in mountainous areas because from childhood I never saw people planting onions in my city. So my brain has been taught that it is impossible for onions to grow when we plant them in air that tends to have hot weather like in my city. However, everything was refuted when I tried it myself.
At first I just tried without expecting a harvest or hope of growth, because I wasn't sure that the onions I planted would grow and I also didn't have any knowledge at all about planting these onions, everything I did was completely zero and just trial and error. . The onion and garlic seeds that I took were not specifically bought at a seed shop but from supplies in my wife's kitchen, the onions no longer had intact roots, the onions that I took had been sitting in my wife's spice rack for days. , because I'm really just having fun without wanting any results. However, the proverb that we always hear and the motivators that exist is true, that we never know the results if we never want to try it and this is what happens, onions the one I planted shows its shoots. However, I never counted how many days it took for this onion to grow with its shoots.
This method of planting onions is also not difficult so to make them grow, I just cut off a little of the tip of the onion, both garlic and shallots, then I planted it in a rice bag used from the previous crop that I had harvested. However, I didn't plant all the parts of the onion, only half of it, I hope it will grow. However, as I said at the beginning, I wasn't too hopeful about the results, because after my garlic grew, the red onions I planted became rotten, even though a few days ago my red onions had started to grow.
Because I felt the garlic shoots were too tall, I moved my garlic to a polybag. What do you think is wrong with the way I plant these onions, does anyone know? I need to learn from you, and hopefully the garlic that I have moved won't die later.
That's how I used to plant onions, all my garden friends. I'm still not very skilled at growing onions. I hope the onions I planted will grow well and definitely wait for my next post about the development of my onion plants. Thank you for reading my blog, I hope all our gardens grow well. OK Greetings of success from me Tomidiwirja, Indonesia. we are all amazing.
