Prompt: Brave Tiny Animal
Day 9 prompt is Brave Tiny Animal, I am thinking about how courage looks when you are small in a very big world. This prompt is not bringing anything new yet for me but I need to start to keep the creativity going. I went and made a do over doodle of my previous drawing regarding the fluttery butterflies. If you might have noticed the three humans are my butterflies from yesterday only zoomed in and given more details and textures. The brave tiny animal came last and that is the purple mouse.
Everyone else is gliding, cheering, showing off, but this little mouse is just trying so hard with determination and a lot of heart not to mention he is competing against humans. That felt brave in the most honest way. I want the mouse to show that he is just moving forward even when it’s cold, loud, and slightly terrifying.
I love how this piece turned out as a reminder that courage could be small, a little shaky, and still choosing to step onto the ice anyway.
