And just like that I am done with the fifth drawing for the first week of my Sept-amber drawing challenge. The last prompt for this set was a bee buzzing around, It's kind of bittersweet to be done, but I’m so happy with this last drawing.
I wanted to continue with my bear characters, and it felt just right to make my bear wear a bee costume. I know the bear would look lovely just like the previous, I tried to give a soft, fuzzy texture and I love how the little antennae and transparent wings turned out. Those tiny blue, patterned slippers were a last-minute addition that I think really ties the whole look together.
One set done and that made me feeling really proud of what I've been able to create. I hope you love this last drawing and that you’ll keep following my art journey. It’s been so great having your support.
