Por mucho tiempo le he tenido ojeriza al Día de la Mujer, pero este año he decidido bajarle dos a la incomodidad. Entiendo el porqué de este día, pero deploro que aún en este momento la mujer tenga que enumerar sus cualidades para ser admirada, como un favor que se le hace, cuando sus méritos son incuestionables y superan con creces cualquier baremo con el que se pretenda evaluar su desempeño.

Nuestra amiga Hive account@mosa71 nos trae la siguiente iniciativa, dentro de la comunidad Be Entrepreneur y voy a invitar a: Hive account@marivic10, Hive account@gabilan55 y Hive account@indumukhi para que, por favor, se sumen a la misma.

Históricamente la mujer ha llevado la fuerza del emprendimiento en cada una de las facetas que le ha tocado vivir. A ella se le atribuye la implantación de todo lo que tiene que ver con el hogar y la familia. Su liderazgo y autoridad dentro de la casa es indiscutible, sobre todo por el alta tendencia matriarcal que subyace en esta sociedad.

Sin menoscabar la influencia masculina, es importante reconocer que recae sobre la mujer, en un alto porcentaje, el cuidado de los niños, la organización del entorno familiar, la participación en lo educativo y atención de las actividades escolares para el hogar y extra cátedra, lo recreativo, la elaboración de alimentos y otros. Inclusive si asume trabajar en la calle le corresponde también el mantenimiento de lo doméstico, con alguna excepción.

Mi afianzamiento es tal con este tema, que además de la nota Fa: Fortalecer y Apalancar, incluiría el resto del pentagrama a saber:

DO Directivas, Optimistas.

Cuando una mujer decide apalancar un emprendimiento propio o de algún ser querido, dispone de un conjunto de estrategias de liderazgo que le llevan a invertir con la seguridad de que se tendrá éxito por la visión positiva que proyecta.

RE Resilientes, Enérgicas

Las mujeres estamos acostumbradas al esfuerzo continuo para lograr las metas, si no se obtiene en la primera oportunidad, no nos amilanamos, seguimos intentando con la misma fuerza y energía que le imprimimos al comienzo.

MI Mágicas, Inteligentes

La expresión de la mujer está muy relacionada con la versatilidad y esa facultad para hacer diferentes actividades y estar en distintos asuntos sin que se le dañe ninguno y sin perder su esencia, allí radica su inteligencia.

SOL Serviciales, Observadoras, Leales

Conozco mujeres que iniciaron un proyecto y se mantuvieron en el mismo sin flaquear. La capacidad de observación que nos caracteriza se pone de manifiesto para detectar a tiempo cualquier anomalía y tomar medidas al respecto. Apalancar supone tener confianza en un producto y las personas que están a cargo del mismo lo que implica lealtad.

LA Lógica y Altruismo

El poder de análisis deriva en razonamientos lógicos valederos para cualquiera sea la naturaleza del emprendimiento que se lleva a cabo. El deseo de hacer el bien se pone también de manifiesto con buenos resultados.

SI Sabiduría, Imaginación

Si algo hemos acumulado las mujeres a fuerza de ensayo, error, experimentación, y vivencias es la sabiduría para reconocer cuando algo no sale como lo esperamos y hacer los cambios pertinentes. Nuestra imaginación nos lleva a visualizar todos los escenarios posibles para ese apalancamiento que se vuelve llave poderosa en un emprendimiento, porque ayuda a aumentar el rendimiento de una inversión.

Le faltan notas al pentagrama para seguir reconociendo todo el potencial que sigue estando presente en todas y cada una de nosotras para hacer alianzas.

En mi caso personal he utilizado las alianzas para todos los proyectos, tanto personales como grupales, que he emprendido. De esa interrelación surge aún mayor aprendizaje. Para todo lo que se desee asumir es importante ese anclaje.

I have long resented Women's Day, but this year I have decided to take the discomfort down a notch. I understand the reason for this day, but I deplore the fact that even nowadays women still have to list their qualities in order to be admired, as a favour done to them, when their merits are unquestionable and far surpass any scale with which their performance is to be evaluated.

Our friend Hive account@mosa71 brings us the following initiative, within the Be Entrepreneur community and I'm going to invite: Hive account@marivic10, Hive account@gabilan55 and Hive account@indumukhi to please join in.

Historically, women have been the driving force behind entrepreneurship in every facet of their lives. She is credited with establishing everything to do with the home and the family. Her leadership and authority within the household is undisputed, especially given the high matriarchal tendency that underlies this society.

Without undermining male influence, it is important to recognise that a high percentage of women are responsible for childcare, organisation of the family environment, participation in education and school activities at home and after school, recreational activities, food preparation and others. Even if she assumes work in the street, she is also responsible for the maintenance of the household, with some exceptions.

My attachment is such that in addition to the Fa note: Strengthen and Leverage, I would include the rest of the staff:

When a woman decides to leverage her own or a loved one's enterprise, she has a set of leadership strategies that lead her to invest with the certainty that she will succeed because of the positive vision she projects.

RE Resilient, Energetic

Women are used to continuous effort to achieve goals. If we don't succeed at the first opportunity, we don't give up, we keep trying with the same strength and energy that we put into it at the beginning.

MI Magical, Intelligent

The woman's expression is very much related to versatility and the ability to do different activities and to be involved in different matters without damaging any of them and without losing her essence, that's where her intelligence lies.

SOL Helpful, Observant, Loyal

I know women who started a project and stayed with it without wavering. The observation skills that characterise us are evident to detect any anomaly in time and take action. Leverage means having confidence in a product and the people in charge of it, which implies loyalty.

LA Logic and Altruism

The power of analysis derives in logical reasoning valid for whatever the nature of the undertaking being undertaken. The desire to do good is also evidenced by good results.

SI Wisdom, Imagination

If there is one thing we women have accumulated through trial, error, experimentation and experience, it is the wisdom to recognise when something does not go as we expect it to and to make the necessary changes. Our imagination leads us to visualise all possible scenarios for that leverage that becomes a powerful key in a venture, because it helps to increase the return on an investment.

The pentagram lacks notes to continue to recognise all the potential that is still present in each and every one of us to make alliances.

In my personal case, I have used partnerships for all the projects, both personal and group, that I have undertaken. From that interrelationship comes even more learning. For everything we want to take on, this anchorage is important.
