Over the years, I have witness a lot of people rushed to start a business and in my little years of experience in the business world, I have come to discover that a whole lot of people actually just rushed to start a business. Well of course some of them, it becomes successful and for some people, it didn't turn out to be successful. I have witness and do some research about some of them and why their business crashed. Some of them, the faced strict challenges that they were not actually able to handle and at the end of the day, their business needs to close down.
But the big question lies in why do businesses crashed most especially when they started on a very good note. Most of the time, those businesses that we see do crashed, in the beginning, they were actually doing quite well. So it leaves me to the big question,what usually affect them to crashed. Well there are actually a whole lot of reasons that might have affected it. The most common cause I have come to discover which usually affects it is when there is an economic shift.
What do I really mean by economic shift. Most of the time, when there is economic recession and it is really so severe for a lot of businesses owners to cope, they tend to close up because during that time, the demand for either the goods and services they render reduces. I have witness a lot of businesses closed up in my society because people can no longer afford money to patronise them. Most businesses that seems not to have close up right now are businesses that surrounds food most of the time because every day, we will need food to survive.
But apart from the economic shift or downtime that might have. A lot of businesses crashed because there is poor management and bad strategic decisions that was made. I always tell people that as an entrepreneur, did not just rush to start a business, be very careful what you want to start because just a wrong decisions you might take in your business can really affect your business negatively beyond what you can ever repair. What are the bad decisions I am talking about? It can center around bad leadership, bad financial management and many more. All these things over the years have contributed to a lot of businesses to crash.
The other reason that can affect it might be due to technological disruptions. Most of the time even though technology advancements is quite good, but sometimes it usually have it's own side effects that we usually ignore and that is not really good. Take for example the development of Artificial intelligence, even though it has been able to create massive job opportunities, you will agree with me that it has also led many businesses to close down and many more will still close down in the future.
At the end of the day, there are a whole lot of points that we can mention and that we can continue to mention. But as far as I concerned, if only a lot of people starting businesses can just be so intentional about their business and will not just rush it. A lot of people did not really know what businesses entails, they just rushed to it and at the end of the day, they actually suffer from it. It is one thing to start a business and it is another thing for you to be able to master how to sustain those business. The earlier you understand this, the better it will be for you actually.

Pero aparte del cambio económico o el tiempo de inactividad que pueda tener. Muchos negocios han quebrado porque se han tomado malas decisiones estratégicas y de gestión. Como empresario, siempre digo a la gente que no se precipite a crear una empresa, que tenga mucho cuidado con lo que quiere poner en marcha, porque una decisión equivocada puede afectar negativamente a su negocio más allá de lo que pueda reparar. ¿Cuáles son las malas decisiones de las que hablo? Pueden girar en torno a un mal liderazgo, una mala gestión financiera y muchas más. Todas estas cosas a lo largo de los años han contribuido a que muchos negocios se estrellen.
La otra razón que puede afectarla son los trastornos tecnológicos. La mayoría de las veces, aunque los avances tecnológicos son bastante buenos, a veces suelen tener sus propios efectos secundarios que solemos ignorar y que no son realmente buenos. Tomemos como ejemplo el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial, que aunque ha sido capaz de crear enormes oportunidades de empleo, estarán de acuerdo conmigo en que también ha provocado el cierre de muchas empresas y muchas más seguirán cerrando en el futuro.
En fin, hay un montón de puntos que podemos mencionar y que podemos seguir mencionando. Pero en lo que a mí respecta, ojalá mucha gente que empieza un negocio pudiera ser tan intencionada con su negocio y no se precipitara. Mucha gente no sabe realmente lo que implica un negocio, se precipitan y al final acaban sufriendo por ello. Una cosa es iniciar un negocio y otra cosa es ser capaz de dominar cómo mantener esos negocios. Cuanto antes lo entiendas, mejor será para ti.
