Hablando de propósitos, metas, objetivos y logros hoy es uno de esos días donde me encuentro alegre y satisfecha por haber alcanzado una meta planteada a inicios del 2022. En este post, súper personal, les comparto mi alegría.
Desde que me incorporé a Hive en febrero de 2021 después de año y medio fuera de la plataforma me planteé varios objetivos, unos netamente personales y otros profesionales, es decir, desde ese reingreso vi a Hive como un emprendimiento y como tal estaba en la mira un crecimiento sostenido y el fortalecimiento de mi cuenta. Ese año 2021 fue efectivamente de gran crecimiento cerrando el año con grandes logros, entre ellos ganarme el “premio gordo” del Power Up que me hizo Orca por un mes.
Ya para inicios del 2022 tenía mayor claridad en la dinámica de la plataforma y al realizar mi Plan de Acción del año en curso pude definir mejor mis objetivos, entre ellos se encontraban:
1.- Pasar de una reputación en 68 a 72 puntos para el último trimestre del 2022
2.- Alcanzar los 5.000 HP y lograr la insignia de Delfín al finalizar el 2022.
3.- Crear una comunidad.
Hablando con entera confianza, aunque estos objetivos representaban un reto medio, en todo momento consideré que eran fáciles de alcanzar, lo que requería era mantener la calidad de mis contenidos, publicar con constancia y mantener mi nivel de interacción dentro de las comunidades donde normalmente montaba las publicaciones, es decir, lo que venía haciendo con gran gusto y pasión.
Lo cierto es que no ha resultado “tan fácil” como lo imaginé. La caída del valor de las criptomonedas hizo menguar los ingresos (como a casi todos los que hacemos vida en la plataforma) eso dificultó comprar los Hive para mantener un Power Up de 50 que desde mayo me había propuesto con meta, sin embargo, me pude mantener en ella.
Para agosto creamos la comunidad Be Entrepreneur que siendo un proyecto que tenía en mente desde comienzo de año, no encontraba el mejor momento para dar el paso, tras varias reuniones acordamos avanzar y con sus altos y bajos hemos ido creciendo en suscriptores, más los apoyos no han fluido como esperaba, pero bueno esto puede ser tema de otro post, lo que quiero resaltar acá es que a partir de ese momento los HBD se pusieron “más duros de conseguir” y el primero de octubre decidí, no sacar de mi cuenta ni medio más, con el fin de llegar a los 5000 HP que me había propuesto.
Entramos al último trimestre del año. Mi Power Up del mes arrojó estos resultados. Me sentía cerca de la meta y con confianza en lograrla.
En un post sobre los objetivos de 
“Estamos a mediados de octubre y mi Hp en 4.969 y la reputación en 71.9, es decir, estoy cerquita de lograrlo, pero aún no llego, eso me tiene emocionada y a la expectativa, ja,ja,ja. Lo cierto es que fijarse objetivos claros, medibles, factibles y con tiempo definido hace que no pierdas el norte.”
Parte de su respuesta fue:
- Si has medido, por ejemplo, los incrementos mensuales hasta puedes tener una gráfica y de allí proyectar un diagnóstico y estimar si finalmente lo lograrás o no... eso pudiera ayudarte a decidir si hacer algún cambio de estrategia de último momento...
De esta respuesta me quedó rondando en la cabeza la última parte: “cambio de estrategia de último momento”. Pero decidí esperar. El 71.9 de reputación seguía “pegado” y aunque en algunos espacio me aparecía ya el 72, no en todos era así, hasta que a comienzos de noviembre, finalmente se hizo “Oficial” ya se encontraba en todos mis lugares: baner de presentación, hiveblocks, hivestats, … Contentura total, ¡Meta lograda!
Ahora seguía pendiente de los benditos 5.000 HP y mi insignia de Delfín, cuando hice el Power Up de noviembre, ¡Allí estaba! Había llegado a los cinco mil HP, pero…
Por ningún lado estaba la insignia, consulté a una amiga y me dijo que para llegar a Delfín era necesario 10.000 puntos que representaban entre 5.500-5.600 HP. Allí si vi lejana la meta, además no sabía si los Hive delegados, que son casi 900, entraban en esa cuenta. Sin embargo, teniendo presente la recomendación de 
Ya a estas alturas el asunto me estaba estresando por lo que fue el momento de parar, ya no seguiría revisando la cuenta cada día y a cada rato (ja,ja,ja) , consideré que había hecho todo lo que podía hacer y que era el momento de soltar, que la ansiada insignia, como le comenté a una amiga de Hive, era como un trofeo que me había propuesto obtener, así que me relajé y que llegara cuando quisiese llegar.
Pues anoche 27 de diciembre, a cuatro días de finalizar el año, me llegó el bello mensaje del equipo de 
¡Soy Delfín! Siento una gran alegría porque ello representa para mí el trabajo constante realizado y la gran satisfacción que produce el alcanzar metas planteadas en el tiempo propuesto.
Ningún logro es individual así que mi agradecimiento inmenso a todas aquellas personas y comunidades que a lo largo de este año me han apoyado de muchísimas maneras.

Speaking with complete confidence, although these objectives represented a medium challenge, at all times I considered that they were easy to achieve, what was required was to maintain the quality of my content, publish with consistency and maintain my level of interaction within the communities where I usually mounted the publications, that is, what I had been doing with great pleasure and passion.
The truth is that it has not been "as easy" as I imagined. The fall in the value of cryptocurrencies caused a decrease in income (like almost all of us who make life on the platform) that made it difficult to buy the Hive to maintain a Power Up of 50 that since May I had set as a goal, however, I was able to keep it.
By August we created the community Be Entrepreneur that being a project I had in mind since the beginning of the year, I did not find the best time to take the step, after several meetings we agreed to move forward and with its ups and downs we have been growing in subscribers, but the support has not flowed as I expected, but well this may be the subject of another post, what I want to highlight here is that from that moment the HBD became "harder to get" and the first of October I decided not to take from my account or half more, in order to reach the 5000 HP I had proposed.
We entered the last quarter of the year. My Power Up for the month yielded these results. I felt close to the goal and confident of achieving it.
In a post on goals by

The 71.9 of reputation was still "stuck" and although in some spaces the 72 was already appearing, not in all of them, until the beginning of November, finally it became "Official" and it was already in all my places: presentation banner, hiveblocks, hivestats, ... Total contentment, goal achieved!
Now I was still waiting for the blessed 5,000 HP and my Dolphin badge, when I did the November Power Up, there it was! I had reached the five thousand HP, but....
I consulted a friend and she told me that to reach Dolphin I needed 10,000 points, which represented between 5,500-5,600 HP. I did not know if the delegated Hive delegates, which are almost 900, were included in that count. However, bearing in mind
Already at this point the matter was stressing me out so it was time to stop, I would no longer keep checking the account every day and every now and then (ha,ha,ha,ha) , I considered that I had done all I could do and that it was time to let go, that the coveted badge, as I commented to a Hive friend, was like a trophy I had set out to get, so I relaxed and let it come when it wanted to come.
Well, last night December 27th, four days before the end of the year, I got the beautiful message from the hivebuzz team:
I am a Dolphin! I feel a great joy because it represents for me the constant work done and the great satisfaction that comes from achieving goals set in the proposed time.
No achievement is individual so my immense gratitude to all those people and communities that throughout this year have supported me in many ways.
