Una fecha propicia para resaltar las características, valores, competencias, habilidades de este ser y hacer que nos motiva cada día a poner nuestra energía, compromisos, amor y respeto en ello. También es una oportunidad para valorar nuestro nivel de satisfacción en este camino que decidimos recorrer.

Medir satisfacciones es algo muy subjetivo por aquello de que cada uno tiene su propia percepción de logro y aunque, indudablemente, existen estándares objetivos que dicen en que posición nos encontramos actualmente, más allá de lo que objetivamente pueda decirnos el exterior, hoy se trata revisar como nos sentimos como emprendedor y por supuesto con nuestro emprendimiento. En otras palabras: ¿Qué tan satisfecho estas?

Cuando hablamos de satisfacción personal hacemos referencia al estado de bienestar interior, ese estar bien y en armonía con lo que somos, hacemos tenemos y sentimos. De estas cuatro aristas surgen algunas interrogantes:

Ser

• ¿Ser emprendedor satisface miss expectativas de vida?
• ¿Estoy siendo quien soñé ser?

Hacer

• ¿Desarrollar mi emprendimiento es lo que deseo hacer por mucho tiempo?
• ¿En este hacer como emprendedor encuentro mi realización personal-laboral?

Tener

• ¿Con tu emprendimiento satisfago mis necesidades materiales?
• ¿Las relaciones interpersonales que establezco dentro de mi emprendimiento son armoniosas y nutritivas?

Sentir

• ¿Me apasiona mi emprendimiento?
• ¿Me siento creativo, lleno de expectativas de consolidación y crecimiento?

Estas preguntas nos dan una idea global de la satisfacción personal que encontramos a través de nuestro emprendimiento, sin embargo, hay otros elementos que son apropiadas tener en cuenta en esta autoevaluación, que también se convierten en señales del grado de satisfacción que tenemos, entre ellas:

• ¿Todo lo que tiene que ver con mi emprendimiento me entusiasma, me emociona a tal punto que disfruto constantemente este hacer?

• ¿Siento que mi esfuerzo, trabajo, dedicación, disciplina, compromiso vale todo el empeño que le pongo?

• ¿Siento que con este hacer estoy aportando a la sociedad, que soy parte de la dinámica social, que con mis acciones contribuyo al bienestar de los demás?

Cada respuesta nos abre el compás de conocimiento y comprensión del ser emprendedor, con ellas profundizamos en cómo nos sentimos y, en caso de haber mal-estar, es importante trabajar lo que nos esta afectando porque de ello depende en gran medida, no solo nuestros logros futuros, sino que tengamos las satisfacciones que requerimos para darle continuidad a un proyecto que en principio es parte sustancial de nuestro proyecto de vida.

Al evaluar nuestros niveles de satisfacción nos permitimos redimensionar nuestras expectativas, centrarnos en lo que tenemos y hacemos y hasta donde queremos llegar. Al profundizar en estos espacios internos dirigimos nuestros objetivos hacia la consecución de metas que nos den mayores satisfacciones no solo centrado en el emprendimiento como tal, sino en todos los aspectos que nos conforman.

La celebración del Día del Emprendedor tiene la finalidad de visibilizarnos y estimular el espíritu emprendedor en la sociedad, aunque cualquier día es bueno para reflexionar acerca de las satisfacciones que tenemos como tales, la fecha, simbólicamente, es ideal para esta revisión.

A propitious date to highlight the characteristics, values, competencies, skills of this being and doing that motivates us every day to put our energy, commitments, love and respect in it. It is also an opportunity to assess our level of satisfaction in this path we have decided to walk.

Measuring satisfaction is something very subjective because everyone has their own perception of achievement and although, undoubtedly, there are objective standards that say in what position we are currently, beyond what the outside can objectively tell us, today it is about reviewing how we feel as an entrepreneur and of course with our venture. In other words: How satisfied are you?

When we talk about personal satisfaction we refer to the state of inner well-being, that being well and in harmony with what we are, what we do, what we have and what we feel. From these four edges some questions arise:

Being

• Does being an entrepreneur satisfy my life expectations?
• Am I being who I dreamed of being?

Doing

• Is developing my entrepreneurship what I want to do for a long time?
• In this doing as an entrepreneur do I find my personal and professional fulfillment?

Have

• With your enterprise do I satisfy my material needs?
• Are the interpersonal relationships that I establish within my enterprise harmonious and nurturing?

Feel

• Am I passionate about my venture?
• Do I feel creative, full of expectations of consolidation and growth?

These questions give us an overall idea of the personal satisfaction we find through our entrepreneurship, however, there are other elements that are appropriate to take into account in this self-assessment, which also become signs of the degree of satisfaction we have, among them:

• Does everything that has to do with my entrepreneurship excites me, excites me to such an extent that I constantly enjoy this doing?

• Do I feel that my effort, work, dedication, discipline, commitment are worth all the effort I put into it?

• Do I feel that with this work I am contributing to society, that I am part of the social dynamics, that with my actions I contribute to the well-being of others?

Each answer opens the compass of knowledge and understanding of being an entrepreneur, with them we deepen our understanding of how we feel and, in case of discomfort, it is important to work on what is affecting us because it depends largely on it, not only our future achievements, but we have the satisfaction we need to give continuity to a project that in principle is a substantial part of our life project.

By evaluating our levels of satisfaction we allow us to resize our expectations, focus on what we have and do and how far we want to go. By delving into these internal spaces we direct our objectives towards the achievement of goals that give us greater satisfaction, not only focused on entrepreneurship as such, but in all aspects that shape us.

The celebration of the Day of the Entrepreneur is intended to make us visible and stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit in society, although any day is good to reflect on the satisfactions we have as such, the date, symbolically, is ideal for this review.
