Estoy seguro que en este camino de emprendedores hay muchas oportunidades para investigar, muchísimas oportunidades para mejorar. Estas oportunidades se pueden desarrollar haciendo una profunda y minuciosa búsqueda; cada detalle e información por más pequeña que sea debemos recolectar ya que este último podría ser el ingrediente secreto a usar para nuestra formula final.
Hay un ejercicio que he estado haciendo desde la etapa de adolescencia, se trata de aprender el oficio de mis padres. Siempre en mi corazón estuvo el deseo de ser dueño de mí mismo, algo así como: no le trabajo a nadie; no sé si estará bien este pensamiento o no, tiene sus pro y sus contras pero es incomparable la sensación de satisfacción cuando logramos algún objetivo.
Este tipo de problemas, es verdad, creo que no lo tiene todo el mundo, considero que el 1% de la población mundial de alguna manera les pasa esto, sobre todo a los emprendedores.

Pero ¿porque el oficio de mis padres?
Mi padre y mí madre Tienen sus oficios, sus equipos y herramientas de trabajo; me dije: si logro aprender sus conocimientos esto me ayudara a de alguna manera apalancarme para conseguir mis equipos propios de trabajo. Y mis padres me habían dejado más que claro que contaba con todo su apoyo.
Esta fórmula la apliqué tantos años que ya hasta lo hago por inercia y sin querer, la aplique cuando conocí a la mujer que actualmente es mi esposa. Toda su familia tiene conocimientos en panaderías, reposterías, enfermeras, abogado, entre otros.
A continuación les presento este trabajo de campo que he realizado en las cercanías de mi comunidad.
¿Qué oportunidades de mejoras encontraste?
En la zona donde actualmente habito es una zona muy conocida por las muchas panaderías que existen en el lugar, una de las panaderías es de un hermano de mi suegro. Al existir tantas panaderías en un mismo lugar puede traer algunos problemas de precios y demanda de producto, todos comienzan en esta lucha de quien vende más o más barato; allí en esa situación se logrará mantener de pie quien pueda lograr evolucionar, osea quien logre: 1. Hacer destacar su producto único y diferente o 2. Comenzar a vender un producto que no vendan todos, he allí la lucha de comercio.
A eso le sumamos que debido al problema económico que estamos atravesando nosotros los venezolanos, todo, absolutamente todo diariamente se nos complica. Esto quiere decir que esta fórmula que usé y que sigo usando siempre la estoy aplicando porque
cada día es un reto para lograr mantenerse de pie en cualquier emprendimiento.
La mejora que se me ocurrió fue crear un producto diferente, se hace con el ingrediente principal de los panaderos de la zona el cual es harina de trigo uso panadero; un producto que en su realización es parecido al pan pero en este caso no se hornea si no que se coloca a freir. Al solamente freir y no hornear se resuelve un problema bien grande que es el de conseguir la bombona de gas; que muchas veces cuando se consigue llega a tener un costo muy elevado.
Se trata de la elaboración de un producto que todos los venezolanos conocemos como: "tequeños", este alimento es una de las recetas muy tradicionales en nuestro país; se come en cualquier estado del país y varía su relleno según la región donde se encuentre.
Investigué no solo como podía elaborar este producto sino también su historia, sus maneras diferentes de rellenos, la época y días donde es mas buscado.
¿Fué facil para ti establecer una conversación e indagar un poco más sobre lo que detectaste?
Sé que a todos no nos pasa igual y habrá personas que no se les hace tan fácil indagar o no tenemos las mismas destrezas, pero si he aprendido que todo se va mejorando y eso también es como un musculo que podemos ir desarrollando.

Hay que estar leyendo, investigando, aprendiendo cosas nuevas porque nunca se sabe que oportunidades podemos crear con los nuevos conocimientos adquiridos.

En la rama de la panadería hay muchísimas opciones, una de las cosas que logre aprender en este tiempo fue a reinventarse siempre; si no es de una manera entonces intento de otra manera, siempre existe una alternativa para todo y es trabajo del emprendedor conseguir esas alternativas que nos llevan al éxito

A mi parecer con este nuevo producto fabricado en mi comunidad (que no solo yo estoy aplicando sino que mis suegros también se lograron inspirar en ello.) se puede alcanzar y concretar una idea de negocio mucho más grande, somos los únicos en la zona que hemos logrado fabricar con éxito este producto, hay quienes han intentado hacerlos pero no han podido lograr alcanzar el éxito.
Eso nos convierte en los únicos fabricantes de la zona que estamos al frente en la amplia demanda que tiene este tipo de producto en mi país.
Mi idea de negocio (una mejora para que nuestra comunidad pueda disfrutar de estos tequeños que son una receta típica de nuestro país) es agrandar este emprendimiento y convertirlo en la primera tequeñería a un nivel mucho mayor en nuestra zona sur de Maracay Edo-Aragua. Considero que me va bien pero siempre se puede mejorar más, más y un poco más; esa es una de mis ambiciones hasta los momentos en mi vida y no desistiré de esto porque me apasiona muchísimo.

En este proyecto de emprendimiento así como en todos es importante saber hacer relaciones, sobre todo con personas que puedan ser tus posibles proveedores o potenciales clientes.He tenido la oportunidad de hacer algunas conexiones usando como herramienta la responsabilidad, integridad, compromiso y lealtad. Cuando estas conexiones que logras hacer están fundamentadas en estos cuatro pilares que acabo de mencionar; te puedo decir que así no tengas capital para invertir lo puedes conseguir rápidamente a través de algunos préstamos sin ninguna tasa de interés. (suena interesante ¿verdad?) Algunas conexiones que he hecho es con mis suegros (que ya lo mencione.) proveedores de harina de trigo, proveedores de queso, se abren oportunidades de créditos cuando has alcanzado una reputación.
¿Cómo te sentiste con la experiencia?
Ésta experiencia ha sido muy gratificante para mí y de qué manera, les cuento que no ha sido fácil porque como les comente al inicio: la situación de algunos desabastecimientos han sido muchos de los problemas de todos los emprendimientos. Quiero destacar que en las grandes crisis también se presentan muchísimas oportunidades, escuche por allí una vez que crisis significa transferencia de riqueza.

In the area where I currently live is an area well known for the many bakeries that exist in the place, one of the bakeries is owned by a brother of my father-in-law. As there are so many bakeries in the same place can bring some problems of prices and product demand, all start in this struggle of who sells more or cheaper, there in that situation will manage to stay standing who can manage to evolve, ie who manages to: 1.
