Outcome is the result gotten from participating in productive activities and this could be a profit for a capitalist and the expected or essential result that stick to satisfy and provide welfare services for a socialist. Every business business and entrepreneur measured his level of productivity with the volume of outcome gotten which tent to tricker or motive the him. Meanwhile, it is an important to notice that, input has important role to play in the level of outcome. In other words, the quality of input will have effect on the quality and level of outcome gotten.
Aside from the quality of inputs which includes, the kind of labours an entrepreneur employ in his organization whether skilled or unskilled, the level of technology or sophisticated tools, the amount of capital or the availability of capital; location and accessibility including the essentiality of the goods or services to the consumers and the skillfulness or competent of the entrepreneur in handling entrepreneurial functions, there are three outstanding, relevant but hidden determinants of profitable business outcome every Entrepreneur should be yielding for.
- Mindset: A successful business is not how much or how large the capital is, but what is the Entrepreneur's mindset towards the business. What is his expectations and where is he expecting the business to be in the next two to three years. Mindset is a creative thinking towards the future, this is where productivity is embedded.
How does mindset enhance output?
** A sound mindset is full of creativity and creativity is being different, unique and outstanding. Being Creative in one production will lead to low cost with high quality and quantity, what others spend more money or resources to have can be gotten if the organization is creative and it is what attract most customers.
It helps in understanding the consumers and their needs at a given time. Not all are products are required at a certain time, in a certain place, it takes an entrepreneur with the mindset to figure out what is needed or the pressing needs to be solved.
Efficient use of the available resources is when an organization are sound in management and allocation of resources to be effectively and efficiently used during production and this is the work of the sound mind.
- Character/Relationship: No matter the the level of technology use and the amount of capital both humanly and materially, when the business relationship with the inputs especially labours is broken as the result of management or Entrepreneur's character, it will greatly affect the level of outcome.
Why should the business organization/Entrepreneur maintain good character/relationship?
Especially to the labours, they are directly involved in the production process, and they know what to do to increase or decrease outcome.
Labours has more information about others input used in the production and probably the most effective tool even the ones that needs replacement which hindered production, these can be easily figured out when a good is built.
The issue of "What to Produce" can be answered by the Entrepreneur who conceived the issue which is the true essence of the establishment of the firm but "How to produce" are been answered by the inputs, and the inputs details the outcome.
- The pattern of production for a producing firm and the pattern of rendering services: An entrepreneur must figure his pattern of operation and which one is yield higher output, is labour intensive.
When these factors are judiciously utilize, the ultimate outcome will be obtained at any steps production, distribution or services rendered.
