There's this believe that anybody who is not educated cannot run a business effectively and for me I see it in another dimension and another way because most people who are successful in their business line you can see that they are not well educated, yet the business continue to flourish more and more, I feel like asking this question does education matters in a business I will also be the one to answer because I will also talk about it in this post which I am writing. Come to think of it in an organisation we're a lot of workers who are graduate with grade certificate are working under an educated person.
This is not a new thing for me because I have been seeing it more and more that is why I wanted to write about it today and see some other people opinion on what they see to it and what they think about it. There are a lot of young guys which I know who are not educated but they started with a small-scale business which in the long run it'll became big through their way of relating with people who come to buy something from there, there are even some people in some part of my country that love doing business they call them omo igbo in my native language which is (Yoruba).
anywhere these people set business you will surely see a lot of people patronizing them I don't know the way they do it maybe because they have the brain of running a business or they know how to gain customers heart and love for them to patronize more. This omo igbo which i was talking about earlier, the same business which a normal guy or woman who is more exposed to life will set and does not gain a lot of patronage will be set down by this Omo Igbos and they will get a lot of customers within a short period of time.
For me my opinion about education and business it has his own advantage but not applicable to her because the richest man in my country which is Nigeria was not a graduate of any school, he drop out of school when he could not afford to pay his school fees then and you went on to borrow some loan to be able to start up a business on his own and gradually started in a room then he started gaining people's heart and the business started expanding, now he has a lot of company all over the country and the residents have benefited a lot from his industry.
Many have been able to get the job under him due to the fact that he has a lot of company all over the country and a lot of educated people are now working under his supervision. So it work for some and it might not work for others so looking at the fact a person is not well educated does not deprive him or her of owning a business of his or her own so far there is knowledge to run the business well without issue.

Hay muchos jóvenes que conozco que no tienen estudios pero empezaron con un pequeño negocio que a la larga se hará grande por su forma de relacionarse con la gente que viene a comprar algo de ahí, hay incluso algunas personas en alguna parte de mi país que aman hacer negocios los llaman omo igbo en mi idioma nativo que es (Yoruba).
