A warm welcome to everyone reading the post and this another beautiful time time on here and what will i be talking about is my experience with my boss while i was still at the business which is a private own so for me i don't really know that there are some bosses wont doesn't want to free their apprentice on time due to the fact that they are very good at the work which they are been given and also when the bosses see that they might not quickly get replacement for that person on time they will surely find a way to do it that the apprentice would still be around them that is what most apprentice doesn't like at all so this is what prompt me to talk about my own also in a printing press business owned by my one time boss then.
I was opportuned to learn printing press as at 2020 and this company they deal with design of fliers, banner also calenders, books, id card and so on and i could remember when i started learning, we have different segment then where some are for those who use to design for customers and also some are for those who use to operate the machine after those who design will send it through a medium on the computer and the necessary document and work will be printed out so after using some month learning those design aspect i saw that there are lot of people longing to be designing for people but to me i see the machine as a place to quickly gain a ground.
Then i decided to go for the machine operation and start learning how to do that even though i made a lot of mistake on customers work while printing and i had to pay back with my personal money but i didnt allow that affect me and unfortunately the operator then had gottenn admission in the school and i was given a chance to start operating then everything was so fast because i got in within days and it was as if i was the operator before now, I used over 2 years in that place even after i signed before joining that i will be using a year and half but now i have spent over the time i need to use but for me i already taught other people but my boss did not know so i also got a form for exam into school but i was not going yet because it is month to come but i was not that regular at work.
And my boss do not want me to go yet even after my period is over but due to the fact that i always do my work well, he didnt want to let me go and we started having issues because to me i see myself as a no longer apprentice and i decided not to come then the day i came i remember he did a work for a military man and the wrok was faulty then he lied that i was the one who operated the work which made me run from the work finally because i dont want to risk anything and tarnish my image all because i am working for a boss. and this made me reason why some boss are like that not wanting an apprentice to leave even after their stipulated time with the business organisation.

Una cálida bienvenida a todos los que lean el post y este otro tiempo hermoso tiempo aquí y lo que voy a estar hablando es de mi experiencia con mi jefe mientras yo estaba todavía en el negocio que es un privado propio así que para mí no sé realmente que hay algunos jefes wont no quiere liberar a su aprendiz en el tiempo debido al hecho de que son muy buenos en el trabajo que se les ha dado y también cuando los jefes ven que no pueden obtener rápidamente reemplazo para esa persona a tiempo que seguramente encontrar una manera de hacerlo que el aprendiz todavía estaría cerca de ellos que es lo que la mayoría aprendiz no le gusta en absoluto así que esto es lo que me impulsa a hablar de mi propia también en un negocio de la prensa de impresión propiedad de mi jefe de un tiempo a continuación.
