CONFIANDO Y APRENDIENDO EN MI NUEVO EMPRENDIMIENTO
Hola amigos de @Beentrepreneur. Es para mí un gusto poder participar en esta nueva e interesante iniciativa.
ME GUSTA HACER ESTA DECLARACIÓN: "HIVE ES MI NUEVO EMPRENDIMIENTO"
Hacer esta declaración me lleva a otro nivel de compromiso.
Si les soy sincera, cuando lanzaron esta iniciativa, la pregunta me desestructuró y me invitó a reflexionar acerca de mi comportamiento en @HIVE.
Reconozco que cuando que comencé en esta plataforma, más que emprendimiento, lo tomé como una distracción, que además me generaba dividendos.
Aparezco en esta foto con los ojos cerrados, porque generalmente antes de iniciar un negocio o emprendimiento, me asesoro bién para dónde, como y cuando voy. En esta oportunidad con @Hive, me ocurrió que después de estar dentro de esta comunidad observé la posibilidad de verlo como un emprendimiento.
Sin embargo, hoy decido resignificar mi mirada: Hive es para mí un emprendimiento, donde también puedo tener esparcimiento, distracción, conocer personas maravillosas y aprender de sus buenas prácticas.

¿Tengo algún plan de acción?
Aproximadamente desde hace 15 días me he propuesto:
✅ Publicar al menos 3 post por semana, lo he logrado; mi plan siguiente es hacer un post diario en diferentes comunidades a partir del mes de noviembre.
✅ He estado interactuando mucho más que antes con otros hivers, en este momento dedico 1 hora al día para comentar, leer, repostear, curiosear otras comunidades.
Llevo anotado el record de los comentarios que hago a diario, con la intención de ir aumentando progresivamente el número de mis interacciones. Esta recomendación la sigo al pié de la letra de la luciérnaga 
✅ Estoy cuidando mucho más que antes, mi redacción y ortografía, por respeto a todo aquel que me lee.
✅ En PNL existe una herramienta llamada "modelaje", consiste en buscar una referencia que me pueda servir de guía, me refiero a un hiver que halla logrado los resultados que deseo alcanzar, esa persona me servirá de inspiración y de maestro.
Seguiré sus pasos, su fórmula de excelencia la adaptaré a la mía. Por ejemplo me encantó el post de 
✅ La constancia será mi bandera.

¿Cómo ha sido mi proceso de crecimiento en la plataforma?
Por no haberme enfocado desde un principio, y haberme paralizado ante la novedad del sistema de HIVE y las dificultades que se me presentaron con la herramienta, confirmo que ha sido lento mi crecimiento.
Sí,percibo que ha sido lento, sin embargo de inmenso e inigualable aprendizaje,por lo tanto ha sido una experiencia valiosísima sin importar mi ritmo de adaptación.
Al principio me sentía temerosa de crear contenido, en este momento me siento en libertad de darle rienda suelta a mi creatividad.

¿Alguna recomendación de mi parte para los Hivers que consideren a @HIVE como su emprendimiento?
Que se armen de buenos hábitos basados en: disciplina, constancia, compromiso, que no trabajen sólos, recuerran a los expertos para aprender de ellos y sobre todo que se disfruten el camino.
Deseo aprovechar este espacio, para agradecer a todas las personas que han sido para mi un gran apoyo en el manejo y conocimiento de la herramienta.

Approximately since 15 days ago I have proposed to myself:
✅ Publish at least 3 post per week, I have achieved it; my next plan is to make a daily post in different communities from the month of November.
✅ I have been interacting much more than before with other hivers, at this moment I dedicate 1 hour a day to comment, read, repost, browse other communities. I keep a record of the comments I make every day, with the intention of progressively increasing the number of my interactions. I follow this recommendation to the letter of the firefly
✅ I am taking much more care than before, my writing and spelling, out of respect for everyone who reads me.

What has my growth process been like on the platform?
For not having focused from the beginning, and for having been paralyzed by the novelty of the @HIVE system and the difficulties I encountered with the tool, I confirm that my growth has been slow.
Yes, I perceive that it has been slow, however of immense and unequaled learning, therefore it has been a very valuable experience regardless of my pace of adaptation.
At the beginning I was afraid to create content, now I feel free to give free rein to my creativity.
