Todo el que piensa iniciar un emprendimiento lo hace primero a base del miedo, considero por mi experiencia que es normal, cuando estas acostumbrado a vivir de un salario y te das cuenta que no alcanza te toca pensar y repensar como hacer para tener dinero y satisfacer tus necesidades básicas y las de tu familia como sucedió en mi caso.
Everyone who thinks of starting a business does it first based on fear, I consider from my experience that it is normal, when you are used to live on a salary and you realize that it is not enough, you have to think and rethink how to make money and meet your basic needs and those of your family as happened in my case.
Nuestro caballito de batalla...la maquina cameo
Soy profesional, con varias carreras universitarias que realice en mi país Venezuela como todos con mucho esfuerzo. Ser profesional te abre puertas, eso era lo que yo pensaba. Trabajé prácticamente toda mi vida en entes gubernamentales de mi país, al inicio si alcanzaba el salario, posteriormente mi país inicio una etapa económica muy fuerte de la que muchos deben conocer pero de eso no voy a escribir por ahora, solo quiero contarles como podemos superar adversidades precisamente cuanto estas cosas pasan.
I am a professional, with several university degrees that I completed in my country Venezuela like everyone else with a lot of effort. Being a professional opens doors, that's what I thought. I worked practically all my life in governmental entities of my country, at the beginning if the salary was enough, later my country began a very strong economic stage of which many should know but I will not write about that for now, I just want to tell you how we can overcome adversities precisely when these things happen.

Entrar mi país en problemas inflacionarios fue el motivo de iniciar nuestro emprendimiento, mi hija mi hermana y yo pues de tanto pensar nos pusimos de acuerdo que necesitamos para ser emprendedoras? y bueno listo! tenemos algunas cosas que nos caracterizan como tal aparte de un poquito de platica jaja, asi como la decisión de empezar, como lo vamos a manejar y que queremos innovar.

Escogiendo los materiales necesarios para el trabajo
Mi hija es Diseñadora gráfica, mi hermana contadora y yo abogada. Unir esas tres especialidades fue genial para concretar lo que queríamos hacer, así que decidimos emprender con un negocio que tenga que ver con Diseño gráfico, papelería, eventos especiales. Ahora que necesitábamos?, una maquina Cameo, una computadora, una impresora, una maquina de planchado de vinil cartulina, tijeras, pegas etc e,tc. hacer esta listas es necesario para empezar.
My daughter is a graphic designer, my sister is an accountant and I am a lawyer. Joining those three specialties was great to realize what we wanted to do, so we decided to start a business that has to do with graphic design, stationery, special events. Now what did we need, a Cameo machine, a computer, a printer, a vinyl ironing machine, cardboard, scissors, glues etc. e,tc. making this list is necessary to get started.

Nuestro emprendimiento se llama @inversionesharifanamin realizamos diseño de todo tipo personales, empresariales, logos, franelas, gorras, vasos, papelería creativa, usted dice lo que quiere y nosotros se lo inventamos jeje. El inicio no es fácil porque a medida que trabajas te das cuenta que es lo que necesitas. Nos financiamos nosotras mismas, aun no hemos recibido financiamiento de ningún ente gubernamental y no lo hemos solicitado, nos estamos dando a conocer por nuestro trabajo ya hasta ahora nos ha ido bien.
Our venture is called @inversionesharifanamin we design all kinds of personal, business, logos, t-shirts, caps, glasses, creative stationery, you say what you want and we invent it hehe. The beginning is not easy because as you work you realize what you need. We finance ourselves, we have not yet received funding from any government agency and we have not requested it, we are becoming known for our work and so far we have done well.

Por ahora trabajamos desde la casa tienda virtual, tenemos publicidad en instagram. Como estamos iniciando aun no sabemos cual es nuestro margen de ganancias, pero si ha sido bueno. Somos tres socias y el pago es por igual para cada una, ya que así lo estipulamos en nuestro registro mercantil. En este trabajo a veces tienes muchos clientes y trabajo, pero a veces no, pero no por eso nos vamos a desanimar, lo mas importante es continuar con fe y a medida que el cliente vea el trabajo nos recomendara a otro y así sucesivamente.
For now we work from home virtual store, we have advertising on instagram. As we are starting we still do not know what our profit margin is, but it has been good. We are three partners and the payment is equal for each one, as it is stipulated in our commercial registry. In this work sometimes you have many clients and work, but sometimes not, but not for that reason we will not be discouraged, the most important thing is to continue with faith and as the client sees the work will recommend us to another and so on.

Mi hija haciendo entregas
Hoy en día después de casi seis meses y aun nos falta, ya estamos mas consolidadas, hemos incluido otros rubros en nuestra pequeña empresa y así poco a poco vamos creciendo. Mi consejo para toda esta gran comunidad es que no se queden donde están, si tienen ideas pues concretenla, reúnanse con gente que sume no que reste, que quiera trabajar, echar pa lante como decimos en mi país, que si uno se cae el otro lo ayuda a levantarse y sobre todo trabajar con mucha fe y armonía entre el equipo para tener los mejores resultados.
Today, after almost six months and we are still missing, we are more consolidated, we have included other areas in our small business and little by little we are growing. My advice to all this great community is not to stay where you are, if you have ideas then concretize it, meet with people who add not subtract, who want to work, go forward as we say in my country, that if one falls the other helps you get up and above all work with great faith and harmony among the team to have the best results.
