It is with great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day. I will like to share with you about the latest development regarding ongoing construction of my birds pen.
The beginning can be sort of tough sometimes and I understand that this is one of the challenges every entrepreneurs went through in their early stages of starting a business but I won't let that stop me from reaching my goal. In one of my recent post, I talked about how am trying to embraced the opportunity to become an entrepreneur and raising broiler birds is what I have chosen since it is one of the business am more familiar with and have experience about and I also have friends who can put me through. And another reason is that, it is one of very lucrative business in my area, though, it is very stressful and consumed a lot of time as one have to check the birds or monitoring them time to time.
Despite the ongoing situation in my country about the cashless policy being imposed overnight. It was a big challenges for my project and to the market at large as the ongoing situation have really affected the market. It is not easy to get things in the market because of lack of cash and another issues is the poor networking which doesn't encourage online transactions either.
Though I was able to get some of the materials needed for the construction of my birds pen some days ago by making online transactions to different customers as the issue of the poor networking is little bit resolved. Though, one of the biggest decision one have to make when selecting a place to erect the birds pen is how conducive the environment and most importantly the temperature because broiler birds can't strive in hot environment. I have made up my mind to construct the pen at the front of my apartment. But when the carpentry and bricklayer that I have hired for the job came, I asked them about their opinion of the place selected but I myself know that it is not a best place to construct a pen considering the direction of the sunlight. The place is an open space and it is directly to the sunlight. And what the broiler birds don't really like is heat. One of the reason why I stopped raising broiler birds in the past is due to the heat and lack of conducive environment and I didn't want to make another mistakes of loosing my birds again just like I did in the past.
I looked around the compound before I found one conducive location for the pen at the backyard. The place is very shady and cool due to the presence of one big mango tree and pear tree. Broiler birds really love a cool environment and we instantly started the construction of the birds pen.
One of the challenges I faced is the extra expenses which I never plan for. Since I have been instructed to buy some certain materials down for the construction of the birds pen and this is because both the carpentry and bricklayer are coming from a far place and I don't want to wast any time. Though they don't know how big the pen will be even I myself just assumed. But not until when to the construction begin and as they started laying the planks. We realized the planks and especially the iron sheets won't be enough and I have to buy six extra iron sheets apart from the ten that I have already bought and I also buy six more planks apart from the twenty one already bought. I don't have any choice than to buy all this extra materials since I also want a big space that will accommodate the birds. But the issue is that the extra expenses have really affected the funds I set aside for buying the chicks, feeds, feeders, drinkers and drugs.
As a result of this, I will have to wait patiently to complete the construction of the birds pen and find another means to raise fund for the birds, feeds and other expenses. Though, it may take some time but I believe that I will achieve my goal.
Though, today, we are able to lay some planks and the bricklayer laid some block also. I believe that by tomorrow the construction should be done and what will remain is the electrical issue and getting the canopy to guide the birds pen to prevent cold.

El comienzo puede ser un poco difícil a veces y entiendo que este es uno de los desafíos por los que pasaron todos los emprendedores en sus primeras etapas de iniciar un negocio, pero no dejaré que eso me impida alcanzar mi meta. En una de mis publicaciones recientes, hablé sobre cómo estoy tratando de aprovechar la oportunidad de convertirme en empresario y criar pollos de engorde es lo que he elegido, ya que es uno de los negocios con los que estoy más familiarizado y tengo experiencia y también tengo amigos. quien me puede pasar. Y otra razón es que es uno de los negocios muy lucrativos en mi área, sin embargo, es muy estresante y consume mucho tiempo, ya que uno tiene que revisar las aves o monitorearlas de vez en cuando.
A pesar de la situación actual en mi país sobre la política sin efectivo que se impuso de la noche a la mañana. Fue un gran desafío para mi proyecto y para el mercado en general, ya que la situación actual realmente ha afectado al mercado. No es fácil conseguir cosas en el mercado debido a la falta de efectivo y otro problema es la mala red de contactos que tampoco fomenta las transacciones en línea.
Aunque pude obtener algunos de los materiales necesarios para la construcción de mi jaula para pájaros hace algunos días al realizar transacciones en línea a diferentes clientes, ya que el problema de la mala red está un poco resuelto. Sin embargo, una de las decisiones más importantes que se deben tomar al seleccionar un lugar para erigir el corral de las aves es qué tan propicio es el ambiente y, lo que es más importante, la temperatura porque las aves de engorde no pueden esforzarse en un ambiente cálido. Me he decidido a construir el corral en la parte delantera de mi apartamento. Pero cuando vino el carpintero y albañil que he contratado para el trabajo, les pregunté su opinión sobre el lugar elegido pero yo mismo sé que no es el mejor lugar para construir un corral considerando la dirección de la luz del sol. El lugar es un espacio abierto y está directamente a la luz del sol. Y lo que a las aves de engorde realmente no les gusta es el calor. Una de las razones por las que dejé de criar pollos de engorde en el pasado es por el calor y la falta de un ambiente propicio y no quería cometer otros errores de perder mis aves nuevamente como lo hice en el pasado.
Miré alrededor del recinto antes de encontrar un lugar propicio para el corral en el patio trasero. El lugar es muy sombreado y fresco debido a la presencia de un gran árbol de mango y un peral. A los pollos de engorde realmente les encanta un ambiente fresco e inmediatamente comenzamos la construcción del corral para pájaros.
Uno de los desafíos que enfrenté son los gastos adicionales que nunca planifico. Ya que me han indicado que compre ciertos materiales para la construcción del corral de los pájaros y esto se debe a que tanto el carpintero como el albañil vienen de lejos y no quiero perder tiempo. Aunque no saben qué tan grande será la pluma, incluso yo mismo asumí. Pero no hasta cuando se empezó a construir y como se empezaron a colocar los tablones. Nos dimos cuenta de que los tablones y sobre todo las planchas no van a ser suficientes y tengo que comprar seis planchas más aparte de las diez que ya compré y también compro seis planchas más aparte de las veintiuna que ya compré. No tengo otra opción que comprar todos estos materiales adicionales ya que también quiero un espacio grande que pueda acomodar a las aves. Pero el tema es que los gastos extras han afectado mucho los fondos que aparté para comprar los pollitos, alimentos, comederos, bebederos y medicamentos.
Como resultado de esto, tendré que esperar pacientemente para completar la construcción del corral de pájaros y encontrar otro medio para recaudar fondos para los pájaros, alimentos y otros gastos. Sin embargo, puede llevar algún tiempo, pero creo que lograré mi objetivo.
Aunque, hoy, podemos colocar algunos tablones y el albañil también colocó algunos bloques. Yo creo que para mañana se debe hacer la construcción y lo que queda es el tema eléctrico y poner la marquesina para guiar el corral de pájaros para evitar el frío.
