Can you help with preparing for, or during, the launch of our new Hive Community for peer support of diabetics?
We need your help!
The Hive Diabetes Peer Support (HDPS) Community is launching officially on 1-April-2022 at 00:01hrs ɴᴢꜱᴛ (click for timezone conversion). Celebrations will continue through to 10-April-2022 at 23:59hrs ɴᴢꜱᴛ (click for timezone conversion). That is less than a week away, from the time of this post being sent on the
HIVE social blockchain.
Could you run an event during the Launch Party?
There is so much to do yet, and we really need your help! For a start, we need 🙋 volunteers to help with running events and activities during the celebrations. Have a look at what we have got planned...
We hope there will be something for everyone during the
Launch Party, with a variety of different activities. The main place to be, of course, is our
events
stage. We hope to have livestreamed music and entertainment happening there, with live giveaways happening throughout the week. We need some 🙋 volunteers to help run the
stage during the
Launch Party, to make this happen.
We also need some 🙋 volunteers to help with other activities during the week of celebrations. Here are some of the activities that we have lined up so far...
If you think you could help with any of these, or if you have other ideas that would be appropriate for a health and well-being conscious Discord server, then please get in touch!
Could you sponsor an event for the Launch Party?
We love to give stuff away! Whether it is Layer 2 tokens, engagement tokens, gaming/collector cards, NFT's, or even free
Nitro. We are keen to partner with other established Communities on
HIVE, and to either give away some swag on your behalf during the
Launch Party, or have you come and join with us to give your own swag out to people during our festivities. All sponsor donations will be carefully accounted for; will have their sources acknowledged and publicly thanked (if that is what you want); and will eventually be reciprocated in kind, or "paid forward", once our new Community is more established.
It is our sincere wish that any such sponsorship arrangement can form the basis of strong, ongoing ties between our new Community and yours.
