and the third job on the same day, is fertilizing oil palm trees, because the owner of this oil palm plantation, he is very good and very neat to take care of his garden, if the garden is a little dirty, it is immediately cleaned,
if the oil palm plantations are clean then the future harvest will be abundant, especially now the price of oil palm is quite high,,
these three jobs are done in a day, of course it requires several employees, so that all three jobs can be done in one day,, to clean dry palm fronds,, requires 4 people to work,, to cut grass using a machine, requires two employees people,, they are specialists in cutting grass, and the third is giving fertilizer or sprinkling fertilizer on oil palm trees, it requires 5 employees, so that the work is completed in one day I have to monitor them closely,,
for the two employees who cut grass using a machine, they are paid in one full day of work, is two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah, their salary is quite expensive, because for now the price of gasoline has soared, therefore they also increase the price or the cost of working for them in a day, while they buy their own gasoline, not from the garden owner.
while the employees who work are sowing fertilizers all over the oil palm trees, they are paid per sack of fertilizer,, in one sack they are paid twenty thousand rupiah in one sack of fertilizer,, so on that day the fertilizer that must be sprinkled is fifty sacks of fertilizer,, so they get a salary on that day one million rupiah,
in that one million they are divided by four people, in one person they get a salary of two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah, so they have to work to sprinkle fertilizers, they have to work as fast as possible, in order to reach the target.. and must finish in one day.. if not finished in one day maybe I will be reprimanded by the skipper or the owner of the garden, therefore I have to watch them closely, so they don't mess around in their work,,
and the last job was the cleaning of the palm fronds on the trees, because there were already a lot of dried fronds on the trees to harvest oil palm fruit. garden that day, I had a little trouble watching them and buying some snacks or food for them,

after lunch the employees took a short break, while joking and telling stories about each other's lives in everyday life,,
