I awoke to the ocean and unzipped the tent to the morning view of the sun rising, the waves crashing and my heart still as this moment last for hours.
A slow morning to get going out of the tent and to the covered open walls, tin roof spot to have some breakfast and coffee.
Lets have a look around the place as I walk to the place to get some food.
The set up for the coming party that will be here later.....more on that later at night when I cant sleep due to the beach party.
There is a bit of a storm sequestered off shore nd that bring the clouds and storm type of winds and waves.
As you can see in this boat images, as the flag stand straight out, showing the winds is cutting across the land.
It is a low move along with the winds water waves and fetch moving across the shore creating a head current for the boat to push through.
There looks like a lot of debris in the water posing a challenge to all those that want to get out of this are in challenging seas.
Experience and having grown up in this area is a sure help to navigating these seas.
As we turn back towards the land we come across the pace that stretches out along the sand.
These boulders are sort of a mystery as to where they came from. Perhaps the formation from the crumbling Karst further in land. Perhaps they rolled off the top when this place was not around by men.
These types of rock structures are something that I like climbing. Ill come back later and do some messing around, scrambling around, and falling down into the sand as I try to make it tot he top of those rocks boulders.
After having some food and checking to what is happening in the world I went on another walk to see what was around the beach.
To my surprise and delight I came across more of the round boats.
These boats are quite something. These boats must be heavy given the amount of thatch work that can bee seen. The brim of the boat is think that might indicate that amount of layers wrapping the bottom of this boat.
So good of a boat that it hold water. In this case it is a good thing that there is water inside and it does not leak out...but the rot is the problem I would suspect.
I wonder if these round boats are used wit these nets to go fishing....
They sure could fit onto of this boat. I have seen a entire family holding a tv and groceries on a scooter so packing large trap as the one beside the boat, would probably not be ain issue of a Victimise to get on a boat and bring out to sea. Industrious people they can truly be.
I wonder what they catch in this trap?
Wait what is that blue thing that I see.....
Yes another round boat. These plastic round blue boats look a lot lighter but not as stable or heavy in the water. As thought tis boat would slip out from underneath you. Like a magic carpet on the snow. Slip you go.

Fascinating by these boats, I wander around to see if anyone is around that could let me try out this unique boat. No avail, I walk on and wander more
The tranquility of the beach and sand is slightly pierced as I hear many voices and commotion coming from the tin roofed area where I take my breakfast.
Looks like the party rolled into town. Not sure what kind of gathering this is but it is nice to see the community together and many people sharing laughing talking and being happy to be here on this beautiful space.
Lets hope the party does not go tooo late.
The peninsula known as, Cam Lập Cam Ranh, Khánh Hòa is a place the need to be checked out and walked around. There is so much packed into this are and so much to see and explore. It is more intriguing then a major city. It requires more details to look at and more to take in then a city that can be all too concrete.
