This week I noticed a major uptick in 
Hive account@semarekha's delegation, where she now sits at 2,000 HP+, and with that comes increased raffle odds, but this week luck wasn' t on her side. 
Hive account@rosmadirazali continued his slow and steady trend uptick, jumping to 710 HP and climbing a few spaces in the raffle odds.
We also picked up some new delegations below the VIP line, one from 
Hive account@philnews.xyz at 25 HP and one from 
Hive account@ikankaruk88 at 2 HP. No delegation goes unnoticed or unused, and I can't thank the delegators enough for driving this community. I have several projects in mind for how to use the curation earnings to benefit us all, but right it's just ideas until enough liquid funds are available.
I already have nearly 500 HBD in the 
Hive account@asean.hive savings account, and I've been thinking about using this as a fund for ASEAN Hivers, perhaps as a no interest short term loan or donation to assist with medical emergencies or family assistance. At the moment I've been quite busy, but I do hope to post about it soon to start getting ideas and feedback from you all.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the Hive account@asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] 
Hive account@justinparke, 
Hive account@srey-yuu, 
Hive account@sakana & 
Hive account@sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
This week's total effective HP is 138,081, and total delegated HP is 126,145 HP (88,856 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
