Greetings ASEAN Hive VIPs, we're all here once again to see who the winners of this week's big raffle is, so skip this ramble and keep scrolling, or keep reading and see what's new. There were some delegation upticks this week, most notably 
Hive account@diosarich jumped from the BRONZEs into the SILVERs with a splash, going from 50HP to 250HP and landing herself among the top of her new tier. Not to be left out was 
Hive account@usagigallardo015 with a 25HP uptick, going from 175HP to 200HP.
Hive account@suteru came onboard as a new SILVER VIP with a 100HP delegation, quite a generous place to start. As far as delegation activity goes, that pretty much sums it up. I previously posted that I am now taking a 250 HIVE per week salary from the 
Hive account@asean.hive curation account, but this amount still leaves room for us to keep growing our collective HP and the HBD Savings account used to generate rewards for the top three VIP tiers.
When I reflect back on the early days of ASEAN Hive, I nearly gave up so many times, wondering how I was gonna make it work without whale support. Somehow I stuck with it, mostly because of such awesome community members that kept me motivated, and here we are today, all together in ASEAN Hive, one of the top-ranked communities, and it's helped Southeast Asian content grab more readers and attention on this blockchain. How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the Hive account@asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] 
Hive account@justinparke, 
Hive account@srey-yuu, 
Hive account@sakana & 
Hive account@sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
This week's total effective HP is 169,046, and total delegated HP is 154,471 HP (118,389 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
