Β Β Β This week a new member came onboard with a fresh 500 HP delegation, securing himself a spot in the GOLD VIPs. This is none other than 
Hive account@menzo, so I thank him greatly for this generous contribution that helps us all. This wasn't the only delegation news to speak of though, because 
Hive account@rikta12 jumped from the BRONZEs into the SILVERs with her 50 HP to 100 HP increase. Every single HP counts in a grassroots community, no matter how big or small.
Β Β Β Last but not least was a fresh 100 HP delegation from 
Hive account@viviehardika, joining us a new SILVER VIP. It's always nice to see new faces in the community, and especially new folks becoming VIP delegators. The ASEAN Hive Community HBD Savings Account has reached $3,000 HBD, and with this goal reached comes an opportunity to build a physical ASEAN Hive asset. My Cambodian in-law construction crew is returning soon and will be able to assist with whatever we choose to build.
Β Β Β I would like to have an ASEAN Hive bungalow and a matching Hive-Engine token to dispense to delegators. A system where 1 token represents a one-night stay seems to make natural sense, and some kind of partial ownership seems fair too. Perhaps dispensing 182 tokens per year on a monthly basis would work well, and this would allow half of the year for the bungalow to be rented for profit. This system would generate income to maintain our community bungalow, and the tokens could easily be sold and/or traded for folks who don't intend to visit here some day.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Β Β Β Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the 
Hive account@asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me]

Hive account@srey-yuu, 
Hive account@sakana & 
Hive account@sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP π₯ BRONZE Raffle.
Β Β Β There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
Β Β Β This week's total effective HP is 167,106, and total delegated HP is 152,173 HP (121,578 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
