Hello, I'm 23 years old. Recently I made a small survey in my mind how long my ancestors were alive. How's the lifestyle changed now in my family. How my relatives are living now and how they were before...
Obviously, it was little easy but hard kinda though. And surprisingly I got the answer that the life span of my grand parents and great grand parents was 100 - 105 years. And for the next generation it came to 80 - 85 years. So, what made it to happen???
Nothing, but lifestyle . my grand parents and their elders used to farming , but most of the activities were physically done. They were getting enough excercise, they never touched any soft drinks in their period. Tilling was done with ox and even they used to walk along with them. They were carrying the equipments with shoulder. Pulling , pushing, walking were the part of daily life.
But, to their next generation , they started to use Tractors for tilling , Seeds were dropped with Machines and they forgot to bend. Proper time food in old days turned into any time fancy food today. All the push and pull activities are done with machines so where's the excercise???
We just forgot it. It directly hit on the lifestyle and our lifespan as well. That's the reason today's generation is getting easily attacked by viruses, infections.
Everything is advanced buy naturally we became more weaker than ever.
Working well in field won't make us uneducated. It gives the real freshness and joy. It's good if the youths adopted the ancient lifestyle in some way today. And I agree, modern technologies for made for our benefits. It saves time, but also kills our health. So, using technology in smart way is the key
