Growing up means taking on more responsibilities, which can make it hard to go out with friends. It is a challenge to plan a quick getaway with them, since we are all busy at work and have very different lives now. But recently, I got lucky to be with my friends who had been there by my side since high school. We decided to go to the beach, enjoy some food, and watch the sunset. And I will be sharing with you all how it went.
First, they picked me up from our house when I got home from work, then we went to the beach. It was about a 20-minute drive to get there. Then, we went to the area where food stalls are located to look for something to eat. We chose to buy at a store that sold a variety of snacks and drinks.
We bought some Takoyaki, Nacho Fries, Siomai, and also some Milk Tea for our drinks. These are enough for our snacks today, and they were also budget-friendly. After buying our food, we went straight to the beach and chose a spot to watch the sunset. Then, we just organized our food. They all look delicious and perfect for the three of us.
While enjoying our food, we also started talking about our life updates, plans, and more. We also shared some loud laughter and random conversations. Aside from that, we were also amazed by the beautiful sunset in front of us. It was almost dark when we got to the beach, so here's the scene.
It was such a good time, and we enjoyed our quick beach getaway. Despite spending only a few hours together, it still felt amazing and fulfilling. We can do this once in a while this year, even though we are so busy working and being adults. We are looking forward to having more time together soon!
