Most of the fruits are very easy to reach, but I felt very worried because it will might be gone when we are not here at the farm. Most of the people who pass by here are attracted and will get the fruits without asking any permission. But my Father told me that He will stay here for a few Months just to look out our fruit trees and young coconut plants. It can help our plants and fruits safe without getting gone.
Here at the farm, we also have this simple manual water pump. This was built many years ago and it produced lots of water even in a hot and intense heat situations we experienced here. The water comes out from this water pump is drinkable and it supports lots of houses on nearby Sitios and also us here at the farm. Everytime when we do gardening and giving water for the animals like cows, we will get more waters here instead at the river. This can make the animals safe and the water is surely very clean.
Not only exploring the Green field farm but also checking our farm animals like our goat. Our place is full of wild grass grows and it is perfect place for farm animals. Oir goats and cows always fed here in this place everyday because of the grass they can eat. Since it was already 10 in the morning, and the heat from the sun becomes more intense that is why I decided to untied the rope of my goat and transferred to other place where the goats wont exposes to the sun. Just as what I did to our Cows here.
This green fields we have here is very relaxing to eyes because of the green grasses. Those tall coconut trees are already produced lots of coconuts to be harvested this coming June 10. I felt very excited to went here again and helping to do harvesting. This place here was once cultivated by our Single tenant but as He died already, a thick bushes areas where lots of wild grass and small branches can be found but as the landowner hiers take actual possession by cleaning at harvesting the coconuts, the place is totally clean ready to plant any agricultural plants like Corns and vegetables.
This is our Madre de Agua Plant, we brought those small branches for 1 USD that is 1 HBD already. After that, We hurriedly planted it here in this recycled empty sacks near at the water pump because this kind of plants is only grows near at the watery places. This kind of plants is perfect for farm animals like Goats and Cows, chickens also eat the leaves mixed in feeds. I am very happy to see that our planted branches of Madre de Agua plants are now producing lots of young leaves and a small branches.
As I finally went back home, I also picked this two fall coconuts and brought it at home also. This is also what I always do everytime when I explored our farm, to looked and gathered any fall coconuts here and put in one place so it will be easy to hauled and transported to other place.
After a few hours of exploring the farm, its time eat one of my favorite snacks, The Banana fritter. Our Generous and kind neighbor gave this to us and I noticed that the fritter was mixed with banana crumbs. It was very enjoyable day I had here at the farm and another exciting farm life experience wait for me tomorrow.
