As I arrived at the place, I noticed that they are still cooking lots of bibingka and lucky for me I can brought lots of it. Those well cooked bibingka are placed here in this foam or ice box so it wont get cold very fast. By knowing it, they decided to write and labeled the ice box so they can easy identified which box contains bibingka snacks since they owned two ice box were balot eggs also placed. I only seen this kind of snacks near at the market quite far from our place, but now it finally reached here at the Zone. I decided to brought 5 pieces of bibingka but I kept waiting for a few minutes and to keep myself of not getting bored, I decided to take pictures of it. Bibibgka costs up to 10 Pesos each and it is one of my favorite snack.
As I arrived back here at the house, I started to prepared and cooked the food for our lunch. Even if it was still 10 in the morning, I already prepared it so we can eat on time. This is what I always did here everyday, I also brought a pack of instant noodles and dried fish and this will be a perfect combination of food for lunch. It takes almost an hour of doing the chores And gladly I stored lots of dry firewoods use for cooking.
After almost an hour of cooking, finally the food is already well cooked. This noodles and fried dried fish is very perfect but I decided to eat when 12 oclock, more importantly is I already prepared it and ready to eat when 12 oclock came. After that, I also washed the plates and utensils so the place will become neat and clean and well organized.
While waiting, I kept myself busy by checking my ornamental and flowering plants. I started to collected lots of it when pandemic exploded and it keeps the place to have a nice and wonderful views. Lots of hamrful insects lives here that is why checking it daily is very important so the plants will grows healthy and wont be damage. I constructed this simple plant placer made of coconut lumbers, now my plants are already placed at the structure and I carefully placed those plants in organized way depends on what kinds of plants it is.
I also checking my vegetables here at the Garden, I am very happy to see this lots of chilli peppers I have and some of it are ready to pick and harvest. My Kangkong vegetables also grows very healthy and produced lots of young vines. Despite of the intense heat we experienced here, still the plants keeps surviving. The best way in order for my plants to grow stabled is to cut and removed those wild plants. Having a garden is very practical so I can earned it by selling at the market and aside of that vegetables and crops are perfect for meals. Until next post, have a nice day to all of us.
