Lately, I think the property building firm, developer, engineering firm, architects, ran outta idea in naming their builds. Therefore, bunch of alternative names that sounded somewhat makesense but doesn't spell that way.
If you seen me post a park I walk during the weekend, that's Desa Park City. Because of the famous lake in that park, surrounding buildings has been naming after Park. West Park, East Park, Mid Park, and when they ran out of idea, they just go Parc, replacing the K with C to differentiate their latest build. So next time if someone told you to go to East Park to find them at their high class condo, make sure you confirm whether the one ends with K or C 😂
8trium being one of those leetspeak office block that so happen having an abbreviation of Attrium mall around here. Naturally, with the recent updated language skills of our local developers and investors are very fond of how this shit goes down, you'll be expecting a lot more from The Flow now goes with The Flo, and soon probably The Flou. You get the idea how these stuff works.
The building is built to accommodate another 3 stack of condo and already beginning to lay a foundation. Home minister got her share of allocation at this place, whilst she's attending the briefing, I'm in charge of exploring the community shopping gallery. Majority of the shops are still under renovation, the new grocer by the name of Star Grocer is still very clean.
There's a Japanese restaurant that spell the name in Engrish, I'm betting my bottom dollar it's a super fusion restaurant. Cinnamon Rolls is opened, but I'm too full to try them out, menu looks pretty good. Will have to arrange time to visit here with the kids since we're junk food kings.
The place looks like a good potential and hopefully home minister get to sell a couple of the units, so we can have a temporary relief of the current financial situation. Moreover, I'm hoping to change job, which means that my job security will be super unstable once I'm there.
Keeping my fingers crossed and hopefully able to help the lady of the house to make some bucks.
