I had a dental appointment early in the morning first day of October. Since my condition was severe, the government know what's best for me. No implant is going to save me if my gums condition doesn't improve.
I will try to keep this short, as a recap. I am currently having a bone loss condition, so as my gum receding to an extend they couldn't hold me teeth in place.
Some part is unusually serious, my front tooth is only a out 30% holding strength. If I sneeze hard enough, 1 or 2 teeth might actually flew off from my mouth.
I knew exactly what's gonna happen if I turned to private detail specialist. They will probably maxed out their possibilities to extract not only teeth from my mouth, but the money from my bank account. And I trust the government medical way above I can imagine. They don't get allowance by curing anyone, so they'd rather do the right thing one time, than keep repeating to treat someone like me.
The ordeal is, the government will not make me an implant if my condition doesn't improve. So, I was given a couple of months to help to stop(or slow down) my calcium loss, and improve my gums condition. Otherwise, the government plant whatever in my mouth, naturally they will just fall off and I will have to resuffer all over again for the implant.
This time around, I am supposed to come back and confirm my gums condition. The counter gave me a blood pressure measurement, it was an alarming 198/121. Not only they're not going to treat me, they stopped me from leaving the premises!
They forced me to visit the ER for an immediate medical attention. I was treated with some blood pressure control pills, and isolated in a room, until my blood pressure improved.
Once again, there's nothing to be treated on my mouth. Instead, the blood pressure opens up an entire can of worms which I have been denial for as long as I have stopped smoking. I don't wanna blame it on the cigarettes, the biggest part of this problem is contributed by my lack of self discipline.
I've been eating crap for the past 5 years. Everytime when I feels like wanna grab a smoke, I will find something to eat instead. I should have make it a habit to chew carrot when I feels my mouth itchy, but I choose potato chips and other sorts of junk food. So, this is a wake-up call. I'm currently on short term medication.
I was given 2 weeks time to monitor and improve my blood pressure condition. If I don't, I'm most probably destinied to continue with long term medication on my blood pressure control, or else they will not treat my mouth. This mark the beginning of eat clean journey!
