maybe it is the neighborhood that makes the rent price high. I rent out a couple of apartment, and the one which is sold more expensive actually has a lot less furniture and decoration, crappy 32" TV and many other silly stuff there. But the apartment location is good, so people still end up getting into my unit.

The other one has two good Air Conditioner, a water heater, and two 55" LED screens. It has full kitchen equipment. However that apartment dominated by pick me girls, failed Instagram model girl, and naughty stewardess, so I can not sell it higher.
