Hi community how are you all hope your doing great. In the morning I went to a village to pay for electricity. While I was choosing to pay, I could smell the fragrant smell of freshly baked bread. I was hungry because of its smell.
In a quiet village, there is an old bakery that I return to every day, not because of the beauty of the bakery , but because of the smell of freshly baked bread, as if it is calling you because of the overwhelming aroma of freshly baked bread.
When I looked in the bakery's window. I was greeted by a sight that seemed like a treasure trove of shelves filled with various breads
✨ round pandesal,
✨ crinkles with white powder
✨ sparkling monay
✨ sugar-coated ensaymadang,
✨ golden-gold mamon,
✨ and stuffed breads, which always sells out quickly
But that day something was different. The old baker brought out a tray of freshly baked bread. Small pieces, soft, and mixed with a mysterious shine of sweet filling. I didn't know what kind of bread it was.
I bought one. When I took a bite, boom! It was like i was transported to another world. The caramel palm is soft, warm, and sweet like a yolk
The bakery seems to have a life of its own. Every time I look at the trays, there is a story. The mamon reminds me of my birthday when I was a child. The crinkles a favorite of my best friend when I haven't seen her in a while. And the pandesal witness to every morning my mother woke me up to buy .
And also When I buy bread, I remember my childhood. Because when I was a child, when my parents came home from work, they always brought bread for us. Because of that bread, my sister and I are happy.
Nothing beats a bread. Because I have many memories from bread. Delicious bread that is cheap and will fill you up. Even though it is cheap, it is still very tasty. It is worth the price. You will not lose money. It is also delicious when paired with hot coffee.
And that's when I realized bread is not just food. It's a story of home, childhood, and love. And with every bite, the people we love come back to life. I just smiled at those I remembered as I sipped hot coffee, and was grateful for the morning full of memories carried by the smell of freshly baked bread. 🥐✨
Thank you for reading my blog until next time
Godbless! 😊
