Yesterday morning as I wake up, I prepared our breakfast right away because I need to go to the market to buy the ingredients that I need to be used on the day before new year. It's market day yesterday so some of the products are cheap.
After we ate our breakfast, my boyfriend came. He brought some fish for us. And I told him that I will go to the market to buy some ingredients that I'll be needed on 31st. And aside from that I will also bought a fruits. It's a Filipino traditions that every year as we welcome a new year you need to prepared a fruits that has a circle shape, ancestors and elders said that we need to complete a 13 different fruit that has a circle shape so that our new year will be a lucky year.
So we went to the market. I bought the ingredients that I've said and the fruits. After that we went home and I put amd arrange the fruits in a basket. And the ingredients I put it in the refrigerator. And then I prepared for our lunch. I decided to fry some fish that my boyfriend brought. And I also cooked this healthy "Sauted Mixed Vegies with Pork Giniling". Here are the ingredients and steps in cooking this dish.
INGREDIENTS:
- Pork Giniling (ground meat)
- mixed vegies
- garlic
- onions
- oil
- water
- salt
- seasoning
PROCEDURE:
1.Heat a pan with oil and saute garlic and onions.
2.Once it turns to golden brown put the ground pork and let it cooked.
3.Stir it well and add some pinch of salt. Now the meat is already cooked. You can pour the water into it and let it boil.
4.Once it boils put the mixed veggies and remaining ingredients (seasoning and salt agsin) to taste. If it's good stir and let it simmer for 15 minutes and ready to served.
5.Ready to Serve
After I cooked it, I prepared the table so that we can have our lunch. After our lunch I washed the dishes and prepared my uniform for my work.
That's how my busy morning works. It's so tiring but still I'm thankful to God for all of this blessings. Instead of complaining all of this, I should say Thank you to him.
