Hope all is good and safe😘😘😘
It's been a week since the "Typhoon Odette" hit some part of Visayas and Mindanao. Were glad were not one of those part of Visayas who really ruined by the said typhoon. We are already traumatized the last super typhoon that hit us which the "Typhoon Yolanda". That's why we are so thankful and still blessed despite of that typhoon.
A week ago I've been packing up all our things in order for it to be safe of the said typhoon. Some of our things have been transferred for a while in our neighbors house. There house is much more safe than ours.
You know what if ever those typhoon landfall was here in our part, I can say that we have no longer a house to be called. I'm sure it will be ruined by the strong wind. Our house is not yet a concrete so the defense of it from the strong wind or typhoon is not so enough.
On the other part I'm also sad. The birthplace of my mother was one of those places who had this tragic experience. This place was in Bohol. Our ancestral home there was ruined. But as what my Aunt said, it's okay. What's more important is that there all safe. Houses can be build again but life doesn't. So we are still grateful despite of that disaster.
And now after that I am putting back the things into places. I hang again the picture frames, putting up our clothes on the cabinet, cleaned up and etc.
And lastly I set up back our little Christmas Tree. While I am setting this up, I feel like it gives me hope. That like this Christmas tree my family in Bohol as well as all the people who have been in this situation brought by the typhoon odette will have hope and thought that they can rised up again.
God has a plan why all of this happened. We should trust him and I know all this things will be back into it's right places. Let's just have faith and believed in him.
