Hope all is safe and good!
Have you eaten a "Fishball"? Not the suzzy one. The one that only cost 2 pieces for 1 peso in Philippine currency. It used to be present in a park were lots of street vendors are there and this Fishball is one of those food snack that is being sale.
And now I will show you how it is made why it's so cheap but it taste so great. Let's prepare the ingredients so that we can start right away. Are you all excited? So set back there and follow steps by steps.
INGREDIENTS:
- flour
- fish(steamed or not) optional
- garlic
- onions
- spring onions
- salt
- egg
- seasoning
- black pepper
- baking powder
PROCEDURE:
1.Debone the cooked fish. And mashed it using a fork.
2.In a big bowl combined the ingredients. (Mashed fish, flour, garlic, onions, spring onions, egg, salt, seasoning, black pepper).
3.Mixed them thoroughly.
4.Let's fry. Heat a pan or caserole with oil. And once the oil is heat up pour some amount of the flour mixture. Cooked it until it turns to brown.
5.After frying skew it in a barbecue stick.
6.Ready to Served
Were done making the fishball. Actually it's not really done yet. Without the fishball sauce it doesn't really taste so good. Later or the next day I will share here how I made the sauce.
So for now I just show it here photo which I dip the fishball on a sauce that I've made.
