Supposed to be this article should be shared last night. But I fall Asleep while I am writing this. That is why I got to shared it with you this morning (Philippines).
Yesterday, I saw the fruit in the basket that we have on the refrigerator. The mango is starting to rotten as well as some of the apples. So I decided to make a "Mango Tapioca" but I put a twist on it. You know me, I always wanted to put some twist in everything especially when it comes to foods.
So now let's call this thing a "Creamy Apple and Mango Jelly Tapioca". Here are the ingredients and the very easy steps.
INGREDIENTS:
- Mango
- Apple
- Tapioca
- Jelly powder
- water
- condensed milk
- evaporated milk
- all purpose cream
- cheese (optional)
PROCEDURE:
1.Make a jelly. In a caserole put 5 cups of water. Pour the jelly powder into the caserole. Stir it well until it dissolved. Then turn on the heat into low fire and continue stirring until it boils.
2.Once it already boils turn off the heat and transfer the jelly in a container and set aside to let it cool.
3.Cut the mango into cubes. And then peel the apple and shred.
4.Prepare the tapioca. After that check the jelly if it's already hard. Then cut it into cubes.
5.Get a bowl and let's mixed all the ingredients together.
6.Put the cheese.
7.Put the All purpose cream and condense milk. Then mixed them well.
8.Put it in a container and chill for 3 to 4 hours. For best result chill it overnight.
9.Ready to Served.
Were done hiveians and it's tasting time. I love the creaminess of it. It's so yummy. Come on hiveians taste it. I'm sure you will really love it.😘
